For EU hodlers i guess Portugal is the best choice, expecially if you are a small one

however i heard about Georgia that is very good for traders and hodlers, but is blacklisted in EU
if you move your fiscal residency there you will be heavily scrutinized

I do not think the whole thing is about Russia at all.

I think what zasad@ meant there is that in some countries, people can have means they will sell cryptocurrencies and not pay tax and which is very true. So that could mean no need of leaving your country for another because of something like this if people have means of not paying tax.

But the difference is that in the countries mentioned by OP, it is done legally. But if there is a law in a country that people need to pay tax but some people did not pay it, it might lead to tax evasion charges. Although, I can get it, many people are evading tax. Even in my country, I see loopholes which may take decades for the government to fix.

I usually see these kinds of posts, and I always wonder if it's really worth it to relocate to a completely different country simply because of taxes? I don't think it's worth it. You would spend so much to relocate, and in the country you would go to, you would still pay a certain amount of tax on your crypto gains. If you're relocating for your taxes in general, then I understand, but for crypto taxes alone, there is no way it can be worth it. Except maybe you're already from the country or have family there. For countries like Japan and Denmark that have up to 50 percent taxes on crypto gains, I can understand, but anything from 30 percent down makes no sense to relocate.
