Greetings esteemed customers of Floxynice Quick Naira Loan Service.

It is with gladness  that I announce that today marks exactly one year and six months since the business started here in this forum. I sincerely appreciate my loyal customers for their consistency and of course, the Nigerian Local Board community for her support in making this service a success.

For one year and six months, this service has operated  with no defaults recorded. Kudos to my fellow Nigerians, this has proven that we are trustworthy as a community. However, I have tried on my part, to make the service very flexible and accommodating. I have also been lenient with those who could not meet their repayment deadlines, even when they exceeded the 7 days grace period. On some occasions, I have waived additional interest for customers just to make it easier for them to clear their debts without calling anyone out.

Unfortunately, it seems that my excessive leniency is beginning to backfire, as some customers are starting to take my kindness for granted. Some exceed the 7-day grace period and delay repayment for 30-40 days or even longer, with little or no communication. This  is not good for a business and it's the reason  I created this thread for the information and necessary action of the community and the moderator, when needed.

This post is not intended to scare anyone, rather, to check and protect a service that has been  helpful to the community. Floxynice is here to serve the community; all I ask is that customers should respect the terms of this service.

This aspect really catches my attention; it's been hard to commit to his service, which has cost you seeing others smile and meeting their emergency needs by giving every eligible member who applied a no-interest loan. I must sincerely applaud your consistency over 18 months of loan service.

I also don't expect that someone should default because this is an act of humanity that has been a responsibility upon OP; we all know that even on the forum, there are so many other loan services that require collateral and also demand interest, but this comes as an exceptional one and makes the difference.

This is a sad one to see that a service like this can be treated in any wrong way but the truth is that, humans are very difficult to handle and no matter how well you treat people, no anyone would return same energy but I think you should have also be expecting something like this as well when you were stating this your business because most times, borrowers who borrow money think these lenders have so much money and can always survive forgetting that , these borrowed money are met for business and if it's not returned, business might as well be affected because if they do, they will alway have to return the money borrowed and fulfill their contract as agreed.

When it comes to loan service, it is easy to lend money, but humans make it so difficult to repay their loans same way it was collected. I have long thought about how true it could be that there has not been any default and I suspected you must have had several had decisions to deal with in order to preserve the reputation of some of the loan users and the local board at large. I wish people can be more true to their words by repaying as soon as possible so that the service will not collapse because of them.

For record purpose, Floxynice quick loan service is not a non interest (interest-free) loan.

Sometimes, it's good to choose every lenient path and leave brutality as the last option, especially for recurring clients. I feel Floxynice have just done that to call them out on a general note without pointing fingers. If they've a good sense of judgement, they'll do the needful before she starts dishing out extreme measures on them and making it public... I just hope those defaulting clients saved themselves some public dragging and off course bad reputation before it's too late.

Mr. Karl_3000, it's business and in business every channel of diplomacy is explored before calling in the authorities and that involves making a move to show defaulters you can actually give them up, giving them an extra push to comply which I believe is what he did by creating this thread as a signal to them that their reputation is at stake.

Being hot headed wouldn't get get the loans back, I believe OP is more interested in getting his money than destroying the accounts with tags and flags, unless it's clear that they'll never pay.

I'll give OP the same advise I gave to Shadiq which helped him recover his funds..... Contact the campaign manager if they're still in active campaign, complain to him and request their pay for a certain period is sent to your address. That's the best way to recover your funds if they're still actively earning from the forum.

You have been professional in your loan service which is why people should appreciate your kindness rather than taken it for Granted,your service has been helpful to our local board,so i see no reason why some persons wouldn't want to pay back their loans when they are due. When you are too kind and understanding,some persons might mistake it for your weakness that's why taken strict action even if it requires you be harsh is necessary otherwise they may not pay you your money back. This is someone business you people are messing with,she didn't do anything wrong to be supportive when you needed her service, so they should repay their loans asap. To be a good person isn't a crime,so please, we shouldn't make it look that way.

 As one beneficiaries of your loan service, I'm happy that the business has thrived in the past one year so am saying congratulations for a successful business so far, hoping that the future would be better. However, it's unfortunate that some people are taking your kind gesture for granted which is so unfair.

 I understand that the current economic situation is making it tough for people to survive but business is business, moreover you're not running a charity organization, so i support that drastic measures need to be taken henceforth and I suggest you should be more strict with loan defaulters so people who tend to do same in future would learn.

That's a fair request. The truth is before now i've never read your loan thread, but i just did and i think the terms are fair, based on the loan amounts involved. There would naturally be a lot of emotions when you are offering this micro-loan service to your countrymen, and that's the reason you're very lenient, it's only normal they respect the terms in return.

That said, it is your service and you make the rules. As a suggestion, you could post additional rules in your thread that if a borrower fails to repay their loan, and fails to communicate with you reasonable reasons as to why, then you may apply stronger measures to get them to pay.

You deed the right thing by bringing it to the notice of the community. However I wonder why some people Just don't like seeing good things existing. They always look for a possible way of spoiling it.

But it would've been better you mention those accounts in question for adequate action to be taken on them. Although, i can understand that you are still giving them the benefit of doubt if they will do otherwise but don't fail to do the needful if they didn't respond positively.

I have involved in a loan on the other general section and when someone fails to pay they receive their tag just to draw closer their attention to make sure there is a way forward, through that you could get their attention so quickly without you even haven to beg anyone to make their repayment as it was intended on their loan thread.

For her to bring up this thread, it's an indication that things are really getting out of hand regarding her defaulters. Again she's not on DT, so her tags wouldn't show. I looked at the profiles of some of those she gave neutral tags and it's not showing. Maybe some of the DT members like Igebotz, Charles-Tim, Cryptoprenurbrainboss or Mia Chloe can include her in their trust history to make her tags visible on the profile of defaulters so that they'll take her more seriously.

For crying out loud, this is somebody's business not a kinda charity, @Floxynice you've known that humans are unsatisfiable, and will want to take advantage of ones kindness, that's people for you, I understand that you want to handle the matter at hand with carefulness, but you must also understand that the language some folks understand is taking actions when necessary without looking at their faces.

Although the decision to do whatever is yours, but I would've suggested that the user(s) that defaulted should been mentioned here, so that we know the next thing to do, make you know say business no be something wey them the take play, me I know the like when person wan take em own spoil another person own, so I go like make you drop their account make we check something.

Yo Floxy, if someone is tryna put your business in jeopardy, i don’t see why you should inconvenience yourself just cos you’re trying to be extra lenient with the person when all you wanted to do was render financial assistance to them; it’s the same thing as trying to be friendly with a wild cat when it is actively tryna eat you, why not bring out your gun and shoot it ?

Well you’re right to an extent; if she gets added to the trust list of these DT members you mentioned, her tags are definitely gonna carry more weight but i don’t think it works like that though, you can’t expect DT members to go around adding someone to their trust list just so the person can be tagging others, it’s too much of a sensitive thing to do cos other DT members might see it as a coordinated plot rather than organic trust and it may seem like foul play to some people.

Best thing for floxy to do is to report defaulters to their campaign managers via PM, especially if the defaulter has refused to provide any reasonable explanation for their repayment failure over an extended period of time and if there’s a way to blacklist the person too, it would be a great measure to ensure the person can’t borrow from Floxy or any other loan service provider on this forum.

You can apply strict policies against such people. For example, after a certain period of time, the interest rate increases or after a certain period of time, his account is marked with a neutral tag or the community is informed on a specific name. Or I would advise you to contact the campaign manager of that user, I think this is an effective step. A few days ago, I also faced the same incident and it was possible to resolve the issue by contacting the campaign manager.

As long as the borrowers are in touch with you, you can show flexibility, but if the contact is lost for more than 1-2 days, I would advise you to take strict action immediately. Disconnecting from contact is a deeper crime than delaying the loan payment, so try to take action very soon if your message is not responded to.
