It’s very strange how, in recent months, new casinos have been popping up where the owners have unprofessional announcement threads, yet operate without a license while still requiring KYC. I read the section on KYC in your casino's terms of service and found myself wondering: your casino claims to require KYC to prevent money laundering:

but let's suppose it didn't who would hold you accountable for that? The answer is clear: no one. No government would demand that you require KYC, simply because no government even knows your casino exists, given that it lacks an operating license. So, it is far more likely that someone would report your casino for operating without a license leading the government to shut it down and arrest the owner than for the casino to be closed down simply for failing to require KYC.

How would your casino report a client involved in suspicious activities to the government when it doesn't even have a license to operate? The first thing the government would do is ask for your license and verify its validity; only then would they proceed with the report. If you don't have a license, the government will investigate your casino and arrest the owner for the crime of running an illegal gambling operation. Another crucial point that cannot be overlooked is this: if a casino lacks the funds to pay for a license, will it really have the money to pay out its customers?

The terms need to be clear and exact on their wording.

On what minimum deposit/withdraw amount would Proof of Funds and KYC overall NOT be triggered?

What does "unusual activity" mean in your definitions?

The way this is written you can just claim whatever you want and do whatever you want in terms of describing whatever action as unusual and request whatever KYC procedure you like.

There don't seem to be any serious work being made into your project or whatever you call this.

Knowing that this is your official announcement thread, I would like to forward you some little suggestion to make it more professional as a gambling casino just the way others also handle their own services.

Try to design a banner and follow the forum rules and regulations.
Be active on this discussion thread an ensure you follow up with every conversation with adequate response.
You may also have to learn from what others are doing that is working for them in terms of promoting their platform the lives and you will also get a similar results over the time, but for now maintain good reputation and be reliable with anything being offered on your platform.

I explored your casino a bit to find some information especially about the deposit and withdrawal because your title "USDT" is like showing that you accept USDT only as well as in your help center page as it is written as follow:

To make sure, I created an account to check your cashier page and I see that you are also accepting many other currencies including Bitcoin but unfortunately it gives me an error message when I try to choose BTC to deposit:

The other currencies such as ETH, BNB, USDC are working (able to generate the deposit address) but some other may not working as well.
I havent checked all ofc but if I choose Bitcoin and Solana, your system is not able to generate the deposit address.
Are you not accepting BTC at all or it is currently unavailable due to a bug in your system?

OP, do you mean all countries can play on your platform?
I checked and I can not see regional restricted countries on your terms and we all know that not all countries are gamble friendly nation and that would limit citizens of such countries from gambling. It would be nice you put up your list of restricted nations on your website or here on this platform so we could see it for ourselves and know because it will not go down well if players register and make deposit without you putting it up and when they want to withdraw, you tell them that they are from restricted country when you initially did not put it up for them to see. I will advise you make it clear for all to see.

It is not just casinos; if you check other spaces, you would notice the same pattern, especially those that involve deposits. A lot of platforms are now popping up due to AI helping them to build, so a lot of them are now skipping the whole licensing and just launching.

A lot of them coming with these sites don't even know what is in their terms; they go as far as to give these chatbots permission to write the terms without even reviewing it and that is why sometimes you see them advertising one thing and their terms and conditions would have a different thing.

Problems always arise with withdrawals.
