I heard about your casino last month because there is someone who create scam accusation thread against your casino as you can check yourself HERE. The player also opened a complaint in casino.guru for his problem in your casino but based on the latest information by casino.guru, your casino is not giving further response to them. Would you mind to say something about this scam accusation? Is it resolved already or still unresolved? Looking at the amount involved in the accusation, it can be considered as a big amount so if you do not try to solve the case, I doubt that people in this forum will be interested to play in your casino.

There is already a complaint about your platform which has already been posted here by @panjul07 and has attached the link to that topic there. So op I will request you to clear this issue here otherwise I don't think you will get a chance to promote your platform on this forum. This forum is a very good place for casino promotion but no kind of scam is allowed here. So I hope you will clear that issue here otherwise I don't think you will get any gamblers from here. When I created an account from the referral link you provided, I noticed that there is no email verification system. No email verification code was required during account registration, and when I visited the profile, there was no option to verify the email. An account is created by just entering an email and password. How do you ensure user security here? How do you ensure that the email being used is valid and that the user has not made any mistakes while typing that email?

I want to warn other players about BiggerZ and what happened during their Weekend Bet Battle tournament.
The tournament ran from September 18 to September 21, 2026, with a $30,000 prize pool and $6,000 for first place. According to the tournament rules, $0.01 of qualifying turnover was worth 1 point, with bets required to meet specific conditions and be placed on selected football leagues.
On September 20, shortly before the end of the tournament, I was closely following the leaderboard and taking screenshots.
Then something extremely suspicious happened.
Near the end of the tournament, the leaderboard suddenly changed dramatically. Players at the top suddenly appeared with approximately 1.8–2 million points, despite there being very few or essentially no remaining qualifying matches capable of reasonably explaining such enormous increases in turnover within that period.
This was not a small change in ranking. We are talking about massive last-minute increases which completely changed the final standings.
I have screenshots of the leaderboard before and after these changes.
If BiggerZ claims that these points were legitimate, they should be able to provide a very simple explanation:
Which qualifying bets generated these points, when were those bets placed, when were they settled, and why did such enormous amounts of points suddenly appear near the end of the tournament?
Instead of transparency, players are left with a leaderboard whose final result raises very serious questions about the fairness and integrity of the tournament.
And this is not the only reason players should be extremely careful with BiggerZ.
Casino.Guru currently gives BiggerZ a Safety Index of only 3.0/10 – “Very Low” and explicitly recommends that players stay away from this casino. There are also multiple player complaints, including unresolved cases.
In my opinion, what happened in this tournament looks like manipulation and scam behaviour. Until BiggerZ provides verifiable evidence explaining these last-minute leaderboard changes, I consider this operator completely untrustworthy.
For me, BiggerZ are scammers. With their Casino.Guru rating already at 3/10 and the number of serious complaints against them, I would not be surprised if they are eventually widely classified as a scam operator.
DO NOT PLAY AT BIGGERZ. Do not deposit money with these scammers.

There is also a very serious unresolved complaint against BiggerZ involving approximately €360,000.
According to the case published on Casino.Guru, the player had completed KYC, had a very large balance, and BiggerZ eventually stopped processing withdrawals and closed the account.
What makes this especially alarming is that BiggerZ apparently did not provide Casino.Guru with sufficient evidence or a clear explanation that would justify confiscating such a massive amount of money. The complaint therefore remained unresolved.
Think about it: €360,000.
This is not a small dispute or a delayed withdrawal of a few hundred euros. We are talking about life-changing money.
There are also other large-value complaints involving BiggerZ which are still ongoing.
For me, after seeing this case, the other complaints, and my own experience with their tournament, there is no doubt left about this operator. I consider BiggerZ a scam operation and I would never trust them with my money.
Their current Casino.Guru Safety Index is only 3/10, and in my opinion it would not be surprising if they are eventually widely regarded as a scam casino.
Do not play at BiggerZ. Stay away from these scammers.

@BiggerZ.com, it would be nice if you could answer panjul07 about why you stopped responding to the complaint posted by aleks86 on casino.guru? You mentioned that his case "requires additional internal verification before we can provide a definitive update", it's been 2 months since you gave that response to casino.guru, and you still haven't given any update, which is ridiculous. On September 20, shortly before the end of the tournament, I was in first place. I followed the leaderboard closely and took screenshots.
You mentioned taking screenshots because you are following the leaderboard closely, any chance you can provide them as evidence to support your claims?

Except you have posted the bonus link somewhere else for people to register, only new accounts created after the post will be eligible to claim it. Higher priority is responding to the accusations of scam and shady behaviours above.

That's an important point. In BiggerZ, our users would not be able to deposit and have full access of their account unless their connected email is verified. This would ensure the email being used is valid before any deposit is made. How are accounts created after the post not eligible when it's a sign up bonus? Except you have posted the bonus link somewhere else for people to register, only new accounts created after the post will be eligible to claim it.

We apologize for the confusion. We mean bitcointalk accounts that were created after the post. The terms have been edited to reflect this. I want to warn other players about BiggerZ and what happened during their Weekend Bet Battle tournament.
To ensure this is handled effectively, we advise opening a dispute on Casino Guru

It's an accusation with a big amount of bitcoin, it's 6.75 BTC but the user accused your casino does not provide too many details in this forum but he made an accusation at Casino.guru. If your BiggerZ team want to resolve this case, let's do that at Casino.guru and inform this Bitcoin forum community when you and that user reach to a final settlement for the case. I don't know that user is genuine but the case is big and it's quite scary for others looking at it, as they don't want to join a casino with unknown reputation.

Foe how long? The Scam Accusation thread was created September 08, 2026, 05:33:16 PM and today is October,12 2026. So you solve your problems in one Month plus (35 days)? Meaning if this has not be raised by panjul07 and others, you wouldn't say anything about it. And there is an indication here that you have a target to accomplish and once you hit it, exit scam will occur. There are several warning about your casino and if you were a good casino, you would have solved those issues before now. At first when I see your banner here and the features of the website, I thought you would be a good casino but as it is, you have messed up yourself.

At first when I see your banner here and the features of the website, I thought you would be a good casino but as it is, you have messed up yourself.
If you only look at graphics of a casino or accusations from a user, it's hard to know whether the casino is a good and trustworthy one or the user is actually victim. The casino can fool you from user interface, features, games and very generous promotional programs to attract you and other people for not only creating accounts but actually funding their accounts. With users, if a user makes an accusation, it's hard to conclude that he is a victim. If a user makes many accusations against many casinos, I don't know it is a good signal that the user is actually genuine victim. The case is long time enough for getting investigation results from BiggerZ after it was accused by the user and there was an escalating re-investigation. Let's see for next posts from both sides, the casino representative and the user.

Looks like another one bites the dust even before rising up properly. The complaint by @aleks86 that @panjul07 pointed out above is pretty serious and something that should be taken seriously considering the fact that he is in fact a risk taking high roller. I don't know that user is genuine but the case is big and it's quite scary for others looking at it, as they don't want to join a casino with unknown reputation.
Based on my research related to him, I believe that he is a genuine high roller who takes big risks investing in unproven crypto gambling sites. I would be stunned if BiggerZ suddenly solved his issue which is why I advise avoiding this site at present.

But now since it happens that they have listed here, it will be more better to drag their attention to scam accusation because they are already listed here. Nice job panjul07, at least that isn't a small amount to be precise.

Welcome to the forum. Your casino is already facing numerous scam scam accusation here on this forum, as well as on Trustpilot and Casino.guru. Just to give you an idea of how bad things look: October = Your casino faced 3 scam allegations and only 12 days of the month have passed. That is highly alarming. September = Your casino faced 5 scam scam accusation. August = Your casino faced 1 scam scam accusation. July = No scam scam accusation. June = No scam scam accusation. May = Your casino faced 1 scam scam accusation. The most recent scam accusation against your casino: source: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/biggerz.comIt's not a minor issue. They posted this on casino.guro: source: https://casino.guru/biggerz-casino-reviewAnd there are complaints dating back seven months; honestly, I don't see any of this as a good thing. Your casino is likely coming to this forum because its image isn't great, hoping to pick up customers here since there are always people who don't bother researching a casino before creating an account. I hope you manage to resolve all the accusations against the casino so that it can build a positive reputation. Regarding point 6.7 of your casino's Terms of Service, which deals with accounts with negative balances, I wondered how people end up with a negative balance; the casino states that in the event of a negative balance, the player then owes money to the casino.

That accusation is from aleks86, a forum member. He posted it there more than one month ago. Information from the user about 6.75 BTC scammed is a very big case, and BiggerZ only said they are on it. Not sure about a quite long time (~ 1 month) is not enough to finalize it and answer the user as well as casino.guru.

Casinos that were launched sometime in 2025 already have more scam accusations in their heads than success stories of pleased customers. Are they another version of 1xbit, which runs around offering bonuses, but they are selective scammers who have a lot of unsolved cases in their heads? I doubt if this op and their team will solve all these cases or even make an attempt aside from their usual excuse. We are working on it.

MarioGls, sorry about your experience but everything you have written might be real to you and to the people who are reading, it might be fiction because you have not in any way presented any proof to back up your claims. Here on this platform, every accusations should be back with proof which will give you a better standing on your case and experience with the casino. If you read carefully, you will notice a reputable member provided some facts at hand which is viewable by the community to see for themselves what platforms are saying about your casino.
