I'm sure they are going to resolve all the issues that can harm their platform. They've got a campaign manager who's managing their campaign, and they are spending money.
The money spent will be useless if their reputation is questionable so far. Based on what I see, they are actively addressing the issues, and they stand by their decision. The complainant is free to challenge that and bring the case to a party that can fairly decide on the case.

The big difference between them and the two mentioned sites is that BiggerZ has a profile on these mediator platforms, the other 2 were so small didn't even have the time to establish themselves on such platforms..

Btw the software they are running should be based on Betby meaning they spent some $$ for this unlike the other custom platforms used  by them only.

Yet dice for example has the same odds/payout as stake where the official RTP is 99% . Hmm, so how do you get to 100% with these numbers I wonder?

For me, it is actually worse.
When I changed the multiplier to 2.0x on the dice game, the win chance became 48.5%. FYI - I did not create an account yet. I just tried to open the game without logging in and tried to check the settings. With a 2x multiplier, the win chance is supposed to be almost 50%, as you said in your post. So, I assume you are correct about the false advertisement thing. They should either remove the claim that the game has no house edge or adjust the game itself.
