Nice catch, I played here with small deposit yesterday but I did not notice that they advertise their original games as 100% RTP while in fact it is not.
I noticed that they have different payout compared to Stake and Shuffle for the same original games, I tried keno and plinko btw.
What I thought that the original games here when I played it was that it has higher house edge that most other original games in other casinos.

Doesn't that sound a bit wild? I mean nowhere on the site this is written anywhere and a cap of 50k is also reached very fast. So how would people know the cap is reached? I have big doubts you will even switch the info on the game from 100% to 99%. Some transparency goes a long way sometimes. Hiding the truth and revealing it it only because getting called out is a bit sus.
If I was you I would not advertise this when you even have to explain how it works. And honestly, this sounds a little bit made up. In other words, I don't believe that story, but that's just my person opinion of course.

op replied to my message today he is telling me to provide the email with which I registered the account. email is my personal information why should I provide him with an email! I gave him my username is it not enough to give rewards? Username is a unique name that never matches any other user. Everyone's username is different. There they are asking for my email. So I am skipping the bonus. Because I am not satisfied with their activities. Lol

I wonder the same! Username or userID is more than enough for them to identify you and credit you those bonuses. Why would you need to provide any additional information? I mean they already have that in their system, tied to your username/id/email.

Honestly speaking, this is unnecessary. Unless, OP is not the top man but only responsible for the marketing side (handling ANN, responding to Users - those stuff), and for the bonus part he was asked to collect the emails, and send them over to the financial dept of theirs.

It depends on how their backend/manual bonus crediting works. Its a new site so perhaps they need the email to credit

You have provided it anyways while registering, while there is certainly your right to privacy they can just look it up internally as well. But assuming it will make things easier for the marketing to credit if they have it

Normally you have to provide your email address when opening an account. Maybe they asked for your email address for extra verification. I think there is something wrong with this. Because they are new, it is a little difficult to control their backend. Anyway, it is your choice whether you want to take the bonus or not.

Am not calling this a definite scam site or anything, but I advise sticking to playing with small amounts only until they resolve that critical issue people.

Yeah you right. For now is not right to completely scrap them out of the scenes since they aren't yet proven to be scam or involved in any shady stuff. But maybe time only can unveil it all if they can really be trusted or not.

I'm sure they are going to resolve all the issues that can harm their platform. They've got a campaign manager who's managing their campaign, and they are spending money.
The money spent will be useless if their reputation is questionable so far. Based on what I see, they are actively addressing the issues, and they stand by their decision. The complainant is free to challenge that and bring the case to a party that can fairly decide on the case.

This is the easiest way and the best time for them to gain people's trust on their casino only if they can be proven innocent on this accusations labeled on them. However, i know this has cost them a whole lot especially since it is a new casino that's still yet to be known. But nevertheless, time like I said we speak better.
