I saw the race when it was over, you have to settle bets on the UCL from last round. An easy bet for Real Madrid and Barcelona who had good odds. But that is not true , alot of people claim the bouns here ,when they started ,sometime they have target ,like the bouns they shared here ,it was about 100 person once it gets to that number ,even after meeting the criterias it won't be given ,so possibly next time you have to hurry to be among the lucky ones.

I advise you to check the Races and tournaments, there are plenty of sports and casino offers with a good competition to win something if you are just an average gambler. My experience so far is great, while enjoying my games, I could notice my rank in most races expecting to win at least 10$ for each tournament or race. You talking about the earlier promised $5 bonuses for Bitcointalk members promised, if yes then you can indeed reach out to the rep to know what exactly went wrong and you did not receive the bonuse deposit.

I haven't come across announcements of closer of their offers of the $5 so why didn't they give you your bonu.

Same experience with the customer support. I guess it's a standard nowadays where bot is the first to face you as a customer support. Though it's nice that they have a button that can be easily seen "Talk to an agent" which I was forwarded fast by the bot to a real human I can talk to. I don't have any problem with the casino when I used their support, I only asked questions to the agent and the agent give me straight answers and links as a reference to what I wanted to know. If you have a better experience here then that is definitely good. I did not leave any criteria unfulfilled. I fulfilled the criteria and messaged the op he said that from the next round of bonus but till now I have not received it. Anyway I do not want to criticize any more about the bonus issue as many are saying that they have received their bonus. I console myself by saying that I am unlucky.
