It wasn't a loading issue or a problem on their end. I tried it again now after seeing your reply and again the sports section was completely empty just like last time. So I closed the tab, disconnected from my VPN, and tried again. Without the VPN it worked and I can see the sports betting section in its entirety. It's weird that the VPN only affects sports betting and I can access other parts of the website when my VPN is on. There was also no message or notification saying that I should turn off VPN software.

I also turned on a VPN and went to sports betting but no betting options were showing. As soon as I turned off the VPN and entered the sports section all the options came back. Maybe they have intentionally limited it so that no one can abuse it through sports betting.

I also looked in the settings to confirm if there's a option that I can probably use to verify my email, but couldn't find any. So what If a user enters an incorrect email address while signing up or maybe lose access to their in the future?  How would can we recover our casino account if we forget the password? I don't know I wasn't the only one that experienced this, there is no space to confirm the password you used, same way there is no verification in order to activate you account, but then I come to think of it, that this is all about the futures instant to enjoy when you are using a gambling casino that does not support kyc, which is what the stands to represent and we should only see it as an added advantage for anyone that is using this platform, but I will also suggest if there is a possibility of running a review campaign to still check in more other observable features in using the casino.

I can also confirm that changing email directly using our account isn't possible, maybe we can try to ask their customer support about email changing, I never tried it but I think it is the solution for this.

I also tried resetting password for a possible recovery process and it seems that I can receive an email about password reset even I didn't confirm an email confirmation during the sign up process. They automatically accepts the email we inputted during the registration process even without the email confirmation.

Checked the links that you shared and they do paint a bizarre picture indeed. This looks like some sort of crazy tactic that a site like Duel would use to draw in customers. Using people like Musk(I think), Charlie Sheen etc for advertising like this is silly for sure.

There is nothing here to improve, just updates are fine. The casino doesn't need to adopt the latest casino design models, if this is how they want to build their site, I find it interesting. Spinly also has a design very similar to this one, and customers love it.

Good point. Is there an option to reset your password when you log in? See if it works and sends you the reset link via email. Regarding the missing email confirmation button in the profile, the casino can still automatically send email confirmations even without a unique option to request one. Not sure how jetLA does it, though.

Maybe. It could be an agreement they have with their sports betting provider. Still, it's weird that the sports section is blocked, so you can't abuse it, but the casino section is accessible with VPNs.

Their site model is truly similar to spinly, but I think that it's more better than that of spinly casino. Though I don't agree with you that most customers love it, because when you are used to these modern gambling site, it will be weird or somehow strange to you when you encounter such a site, even though nothing is wrong with it. So my take on this is that, since the site is not a problem to many or customers are not complaining about it that much for now, their is no need to change, unless the need arise in the future.

The most important thing they needs to focus on is by giving out a quality service that can gain the trust of the community, because things like bonus or promotions are secondary, but if you are offering all these and your service are bad, gamblers will run to other casinos that guarantees good service, so focusing more on good service is more important than anything else at this beginning point of their journey.

I think the thing they are trying to sell here is you do not need a vpn on the site. You can play from anywhere in the world.
