Another Kikabet SCAM!!

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately, I’ve also a problem with Kikabet.
I registered at kikabet on 21st August. As long as you don’t win any money, everything runs smoothly. My deposits were credited quickly and correctly.

Last weekend I had a bit of luck with my bets and wanted to withdraw a small amount.
As a result, my account was initially restricted. I cancelled my first withdrawal and requested a larger one. Now my account is blocked.

Of course, you could say it’s only been a few days. Give them more time...  but I have enough experience to know when something is fishy.
I’m not getting a reply by email. Nobody’s replying to me in chat either. If I use a new browser and I am not logged in, I get a member of staff on chat straight away. As soon as I explain what the issue is and give my details, I don’t get a further reply.

Fortunately, I’d taken screenshots beforehand that can prove everything.
I’m not expecting much help, but I want to issue a clear warning about this Casino. For now, at least. There’s still a tiny glimmer of hope that everything will turn out well.
In the end, though, Kikabet will probably just make some wild accusation that I’ve breached some rule or other.

Incidentally, I’ve also been ignored in the Kikabet thread so far.

Did you try contacting their casino's representative on the forum? I see they already have an official announcement thread here, which is a good thing.

Yes, I wrote in that Thread, but Kikabet still ignore me. Same to another person who asked for his withdrawal.

I don´t know why they closed my account. I got no answer by email and no answer in chat. No one speakes to me. Account is closed and I don´t know why...

It’s rather embarrassing.

That’s why I’d like to draw attention to this and warn people about Kikabet.

As I said, perhaps I’ll get a reply from Kikabet here at he threat and everything will be sorted out

I believe they are in this forum they should have responded to this acquisition, when you are being accused and you are not responding there's every high chance that what you have been accused of is what you actually did.
Anyway I visited there ANN thread and they said they have seen all the complaints and are trying to fix things, so OP you just have to wait a little bit longer, I no you have seen what they wrote in there ANN thread because you replied to it.

I'll send them a PM inviting them here and every other unresolved cases, asking for their direct contact, and see if we can get the wheel moving. Yes, I think it's better to do that, especially since almost five days have passed without their representative bothering to reply to the thread and help resolve this member's issue, along with those of other members. His account is still active on the forum, and he was last active today. He even continues to post updates about Kikabet in his ANN thread while ignoring the posts made by others there.

As for me, I'll update his trust with a neutral comment about what's happening.

The rep was online today and I think that they've seen the thread and the feed back given to them. They'll need to be active in the accusations thrown at them if they want to have a clear and good reputation. Because if not, let's expect that more are coming.

I hope the temporary feedback will become permanent if they choose not to cooperate and respond to these cases. The casinos usually do not want to disclose information to the players, but they could always choose to post a public response and respond to the mediators.

If a casino is posting their promotional posts and doing everything, but ignoring the posts when it comes to scam accusations, then they should not be trusted, and they deserve the negative feedback. I am interested to see what they do once they notice the negative feedback on their profile.

If the issue is that they don't want to disclose information to players [or to public], then I hereby invite them to escalate to ContestHunters where everything will be under for-private-eyes-only, given both parties agree that the decision is binding and final and that no escalation to other ADR is allowed.

If up till now there's no information from the platform, that means, they do what did intensionally, because if it's a platform that wants to resolve some negative claims about them, they would have responded to you by now...

I think this is what the community will help you and flagged them if really, what they're doing is intensional..if you know that consistent commenting on their thread will help you out, you can do it...

that means whatever they're doing is intentional, but try to use another use another ID to write them in the live chat, and check if they can respond positively, never review yourself to them until they began to respond positively and then you will launch the complain and see what will be their response...but if they ignore you or snub you totally, you have to alert the DT members to do the needful for scam platforms...I can see that you're try your best to keep communication with them, but they're isolating a discussion from you...

This was also the latest complaint posted in their thread 3 days ago and the customer still hasn't received any reply from them.

deposited some money on Kikabet.com few days ago. Unfortunately, did not see red flags about behavior.

Won some money betting, requested withdrawal 24h ago on crypto, nothing came. Live chat completely dead, no answer at all

Even the OP has posted many times in their ANN thread to bring attention to his issue and get explanation from them, but they are not cooperating at all.

I don't know why they are doing this if they are actually active on the forum and here to promote their casino. I also sent them a message here on the forum, but they ignored that too.

So now I will change my neutral feedback to negative until they explain this to the community, because this doesn't look good.
