Most of these platforms are completely abusive and illegal - they can't collect /process data or they can't just any valid license in EU countries.
One of the fewest that I have seen completely following all these regulations has been stake (that was also a reason they decide to restrict some of accounts few years ago).
If you are a "serious" gambler you will never use some random "puppy shit" gambling site that pop-up here claiming an irrealitic bonus/no KYC/no AML and other buzzwords.
There are no platforms able to compete with betfiar or bet365 (just imagine their p2p betting exchange and relative liquidity) - and in crypto industry are pretty far from these standards.

Honestly, users should not just use a casino but should verify whether their country has given them the jurisdiction to do so. That way if anything happens, you can easily run to your regulator to make complaint.

Let us be honest.
In the most of cases, and specially in third world countries, regulators don't take very seriously accusations from the general public when comes to disputes against some regulated casino.

Regulators just take care to charge casinos and their licensing, and also take care of overseeing taxation and other processes, but I have got the impression their priority is not taking care of the issues being pointed out by the regular gambler.

I wonder how regulators act in countries like Nigeria, where gambling is very prevalent in the daily life of people.

Are crypto casinos legal in every country?

The use of cryptocurrency does not automatically make an online casino legal. How do gambling laws, licensing requirements, and local restrictions affect access to crypto casinos?

Crypto casinos can't be legal in every country, each countries have their own form of license and to operate in the you need to get your hands on the license, you can't even use a US driver's license in Thailand not to talk of running a business.

Cryptocurrencies aren't licensing offices, using them doesn't automatically make an online casino legal, a casino doesn't have to accept crypto, it's just a way of funding your casino balance, it has nothing to do with license.

It's not as if you will need a separate license for fiat casino and also another for a crypto casino, crypto and fiat are been used on casino in similar manner, the focus should be only getting licensed.

In most countries the crypto is legal but the crypto casinos are still illegal because the legality of crypto casinos depends on the laws of gambling and licensing in a country there is also one thing i noticed that some countries allows the casinos that has license while some countries applied a ban to some extents so an access to the casino website in a country where online casino is illegal and operating it legally is a two different thing a person has to keep in mind .

It is not every country that crypto casinos are allowed to operate. I believe every country has laws that regulate how casinos are to operate, there are countries that allows online gambling while others may ban or restrict it. The fact a particular casino accepts bitcoin doesn't mean that they are allowed to operate legally.
Before making use of any casino, it is important to check if such a casino has the license to operate in your country . Having access to a casino platform doesn't automatically makes the casino legal to be used, as there are many casino that are operating without a proper license.

There is a casino in this forum, when I wanted to register, my link was redirected to my location sub domain and Bitcoin and other crypto deposit didn't show. I wasn't satisfied because I thought I am on the wrong place. I used a vpn to visit the casino again and it didn't change but when I off the VPN, I was redirected to my country. That is when I understand that my country crypto regulations is not certain and they are trying to avoid any problems that will come later.

Some casino ar regulations abiding and some don't care because they think that they are not in the country and nothing is going to happen to them, it's all good until legal actions get to them.
