AI agents would suffer the addiction while humans rest Grin Unfortunately these are new projects which most users may not be aware of, also, using Ai agents to gamble on famous or big casinos could get the player's account banned. Quick one, would the agents beat the house edge? I don't think so.
Maybe if AI is deployed by players to help them compete in poker tournaments, we will be having an unfair match on poker. Aside from poker, I don’t know which other place players can deploy AI to help them play which can beat the casino design itself.
If you get a live AI in a casino, it can help you in many places, be it poker or any other game. AI is getting better and better. Now it will help players in casinos because casinos themselves take help from AI in many things because it helps everyone in many ways. If it also helps the gamblers in playing, it is much better. This will make it easier for them because it will not take much pressure. But it will also have to believe in AI because we will trust it and hope for profit by giving money and it will play the game according to its own and if it wins, it will be very good and supportive for all of us and if it gives a loss, then we will misunderstand the AI and will stay away from it and try to play with our intelligence. Therefore, if it produces a positive result, we will be happy and if it produces a negative result, we will call it wrong.

It still doesn't make any difference, in as much as you are still a gambler or you're still gambling. Do you think Introduction of AI into the world of gambling can reduce emotional stress and anxiety. Emotional stress will always be attached to gambling in one way or the other, because it is a matter of risking your hard earned money which doesn't guarantee return. Ai can play some certain roles in gambling but it has nothing to do with emotional support.
Here are the few things I believe AI will remove for an average user; self blame, fatigue, dopamine chase, and compulsion. If AI gets better or user friendly for players in a way that the gambler gets to do other things while AI fulfils all other tasks like the mental work, it'll go a long way in shaping the way gamers think about gambling.

I recall that we've really discussed about several factors about the Ai gambling agents on how the technology is gradually overtaking human's interventions.
It has also come to be observed that the Ai has only been overrated because, there hadn't any addictional tasks than human to see that the Ai agent is so efficient and reliable than that of the human aid rather, casino operators or management will find it ease in sourcing informations and analysing casino and game's data's in a quick form because all the AI operations will be conducted automatedly while human is analog which may also consume more time and service payments.

With the development of AI agents, I think more players might start deploying their own to play for them. But I think casinos should be aware of this, as AI agents could potentially make the casino ecosystem unhealthy with their annoying capabilities.
As far as I know, casinos have tools to detect the use of AI agents on their platforms. These tools should be able to detect the use of AI agents on their platforms and restrict accounts detected with suspicious activity. However, I don't think all casinos have strict rules regarding AI use, so some casinos should loosen their rules.

We've been talking about AI agents for a while, but something new is happening: casinos are being built where AI agents can play games, compete, and interact with gambling platforms.

And yes, this is real. There are already projects exploring agent-driven gambling, from poker and blackjack to programmatic gameplay through APIs and SDKs.

I've started tracking the projects that are building in this space:

Gambling Agents — Hosted AI agents playing poker and blackjack for real Solana tokens.

Inference Casino — A platform describing both human and AI-agent participation.

Ronin Casino — A casino documenting programmatic gameplay through a Python SDK.

These projects are not all doing the same thing. Some host their own agents, while others document programmatic access. The level of external agent access varies, and there is still a lot to verify.

Now I want the Bitcointalk community to help expand this list.

Have you discovered a casino designed for AI agents, a platform where agents can gamble, or a project allowing agents to play through an API or SDK?

Drop the project name and link below! Even experimental projects are welcome, as long as there is something real to explore.

I haven't discovered a casino design for AI agents but MPCs are really becoming extremely popular. One thing that I found strange is that what's the point of gambling with AI agent when every game has a house edge? There is no way to beat what's mathematically calculated, i.e. the house always beats the player when player chooses the strategy to beat it, the game is designed that way and it's not a secret for anyone.

By the way, I always had this question. Every time I have gambled on live casino, I've noticed that there are tons of bots playing blackjack and it has always been something I can't explain. Why? Why do they play with bots? One version which I have is that probably the game provider itself puts bots on the website because these bots split in such moments where split doesn't make any sense, i.e. when you have a card of 20.

They are aware of that especially those poker rooms and other games that can use AI agents.

That's unfair but to solve that problem, they should give room for all participants which are using AI agents to gamble to each other and see which one is the best and most profitable.  Cheesy

But if they are not doing something about it yet, they'll see how their genuine gamblers will react to it and that will reflect on their daily metrics when these players got tired of playing against these AI agents.

Quick one, would the agents beat the house edge? I don't think so.

I think answer to this question will vary depending on game. AI agent can make decision quickly and process large amount of data. In some skill based game you will also find that they can employ better strategy than human. However even with these advantage, it is not possible to overcome house edge in every casino game.

Suppose any slot game has RTP of 96%. This meansthat in long run, there is expectation of $96 return for every $100 wagered. Although result in individual session are quite different. If any AI agent simply play same game faster, that 4% theoretical house edge will not disappear on its own. However wagering more will increase total expected loss.

Poker is different case. In it  mistake, strategy and decision making of other player are significant. You will have an advantage against strong AI opponent.

If AI gets better or user friendly for players in a way that the gambler gets to do other things while AI fulfils all other tasks like the mental work, it'll go a long way in shaping the way gamers think about gambling.

It is not the case that any task requiring less thought and mental effort will necessarily have less harmful impact on our mental health. If purpose of automation is merely to lower barrier to betting, then it will not serve as solution for reducing psychological stress. Instead by placing bet more quickly and frequently gambler will face an even greater risk of losing money.

Suppose that instead of placing bet myself each time, I let AI agent handle my entire betting session. This will reduce need for my manual decision making. so having agent place bet around the clock would certainly save me personal time and effort. However it would increase my total betting exposure. Losing individual bet might not cause too much mental strain. However if your balance keep shrinking then financial loss remain a stark reality.

So, AI might be able to reduce some mental workload. However claim that it will eliminate self blame, dopamine seeking or compulsive behavior seems exaggerated to me.

The best I can see AI handle for us is doing an analysis job for us. Other than that, our brain will still have to handle the emotional stress, the trouble when your bet is not going as predicted and whatever money-losing negative effect can leave on us which self-control and personality now determine how well we can deal and react to our gambling result.

Because in the end using AI doesn't guarantee you're ahead of your playmates much less of the casino. If a casino integrates AI into its system, it means it isn't a threat to their revenue. Otherwise, it wouldn't even be considered at all.

Other than that, your AI losing doesn't mean you aren't involved at all. Your AI is betting your money. And so it's still very possible that chasing losses could still happen. The AI handle or agent doesn't truly care about your money. All it does is analyze and play. If your money is taken from what should've been intended for bills, your AI couldn't care less.

"Self blame, fatigue, dopamine chase, and compulsion" may, therefore, remain. "Emotional stress" will be yours, too. AI doesn't experience that.

Who is funding the AI agent who is constantly playing games on a casino platform, I am hearing this the first time. Where do they get the deposit from, who is behind it, what if these agents loose out on their balance who deposits again and again.

I am doubting it, I know things and AI making things easier but a deep question has to be asked.

One additional question that requires clarification in this context is, where does the funding for these AI projects come from in order for them to keep on playing in the online casinos? Everyone knows that AI cannot make money out of nowhere, so from where is this funding coming from? Is it the developers, investors, or anyone else? And whose responsibility will it be to cover the losses incurred by this AI once it loses all of its money? This is not to argue that it is impossible, but I would like to know how it is done. There is a great deal of difference between a functional AI and a profitable one.

I'm not aware of those kind of AI agents, and I don't know, maybe it was just me, but I don't like or create a AI agent for gambling for myself. Like even the simply automating my betting system. I still want to enjoy what a real gambler is, analyzing the game (this maybe AI can help you out), and then make the bets.

Specially in poker, I mean it's really dangerous to see AI fully integrating in this game as we all know that poker is just one of those games that it really have human interaction, and then you compute the odds in your bet and try to bet your opponents with your wit.

People gamble for entertainment. Of course, money is involved, but if someone else plays the game on their behalf, doesn't it kind of defeat the whole purpose?  Also here is another thing that every gambling or game has a specific house edge which we call RTP. For example, if the RTP of a game is 95%, the casino or house edge will only get 5%. Here, no matter how many agents the gambler uses, he ultimately loses. So I don't think the AI agent will be really helpful for a player at the moment. Besides, we see auto spin function in all slot games, where the player can bet without playing. AI agents may do the same..

For me  as a software developerthe bigger risk here is not if the agent win or lose, its you giving it access to your wallet or API keys. one bug or shady dev and your balance gone. house edge still same, agent just bet faster. if try, only small separate fund.
With all of these AIs now, it's already easy to find some hole or exploit, even in the projects we are working recently, we able to found some exploitation using AI that also created by AI before.
I agree with you. Since a large amount of funds are transacted in gambling, relying completely on AI can never be the right decision. I personally want AI to be used in all cases, but only to a limited extent, as much as it will benefit a person or user. But if AI causes harm to people or there is a fear of losing money, then excessive AI use should definitely be avoided. Because in just a few years, AI has reached a level that people could never have imagined. Now everything is done through automation. But where there is a person has his own fund, wallet related issues or crypto related transactions involved, it would be a wrong decision to create complete dependence on AI.

Unfortunately, as in every business there are scammers and it is useless to deny it, but this does not mean that they are all scammers.
The only thing you can do is read the forum carefully in order to find out who the honest ones are and who are not.
Let's also remember that we play in theory to pass the time and we don't overdo it, we set a budget to avoid unpleasant things.

To be honest, I’ve long suspected that AI is being used in gambling. This could be profitable for players who have developed advanced versions of AI and integrated them with scripts or perhaps something else is going on. The point is clear: whenever I play poker now, I can never be entirely certain that everyone at the table is a real human being. They could be professionally programmed bots that incorporate random elements into their decision-making process specifically to avoid detection, making them nearly impossible to identify. Thinking about this makes me not want to play poker online at all, I’d much rather play in person, where I can see a real human being sitting across from me.

For sure AI is already used at least for designs, ads and building the sites themselves, and honestly when I see that, I trust the place a bit less, kind of on a subconscious level. As for poker, I get why you'd rather play in person, at least there you can see who's sitting across from you.

As far as I know, casinos have tools to detect the use of AI agents on their platforms. These tools should be able to detect the use of AI agents on their platforms and restrict accounts detected with suspicious activity.

Hmm, monitoring of automated play by casino operator cannot be called unreasonable. They have some legitimate reason for doing so. If any player uses real time AI assistance in poker then it produce unfair benefit over other player. However, banning account solely based on suspicious activity is not always fair solution.

Suppose any user is using external software solely to calculate odds. Someone else is breaking casino's rule by automating entire gameplay. Should these two behaviors be treated in the same way? No, never. So platform’s Terms of Service should clearly state which type of automation are permittedn & which are prohibited and what action will be taken in event of any violation.

Looking at how players get carried away due to the mental stress caused by excessive gambling, and the need to top up during this period to further fuel dopamine, AI integration will limit how gamers wager endlessly in hopes for wins. A player could set up a bankroll for the agent to wager low amounts over a duration of 3 hours, while the gambler is out there doing real life activities. When the duration is over, and the gambler comes in to check up on the results, do you think the pain or emotional melt down of losing all the bankroll would be equated to that of a player who sat all through the session for 3 hours and still lost every dime in their bankroll?

I get what you mean, but that's why people are gambling in the first place, to experience those highs and lows. An AI bot slowly losing your money or winning some isn't giving you any sort of experience. You could just make them do work in a field where the edge isn't so clearly fixed against them. Where you can probably make money just with building something, or trading something.

But when it comes to this topic from OP, i don't get why you would want to gamble with AI if AI is allowed, since it's clearly not going to be profitable if they allow it.
