I've decided to go for a little bit less risky approach this round as if I did the same in the 2nd, I would easily end up in top 5 due having 5 correct answers. And I have a feeling that many will do the same after the last round where we had maybe 6-7 winning tickets, out of 27 submitted I think (give or take a a few).

Not for me yet, I placed another thicket with odds around 6 which I expect lose Will have to get serious soon though, not that long competition so not much time for comebacks. I need to get into Brazilan groove first, before I can get good results here.

I can’t afford to go the same route, the least position I’m eyeing is the 3rd place and that have had over 7 points in the first two, so theoretically from 6 questions If I could manage to get 4, I’ll still need around 4 odds of winning ticket to be safe. Maybe that approach might have been up for consideration If I’m on the podium already and just trying to play it safe, but while still hunting for the first points, I need something more than just the average.

Nothing much happening this year tbh, it has been real plain year for me. Getting sigban was probably the biggest thing that happened to me so far this year

You know what, the 5th place on 2nd round Vasda had 1.5x tickets which is the minimum allowed. He had 4 points on question and that 1.5 bumped his position to 5th place. Just gotta hope that majority of the ticket lost just like the previous round, that could change alot of the outcome even with the lower odds ticket

The risk is what I enjoy.

I hope the risk pays off, I didn't play safe (took the biggest risk with Santos over 1 & Bahia to win), options that feel less likely.

I guess not many of us are watching the matches in the Brazilian Serie A.

SB asked us to do something Brazil flavored and we really liked this type of competition during the World Cup.
We have 31 submissions in Round 3, which shows that there is decent interest even for the Brazilian league

Only thing that saves me now is my Round 2 bet was 3x so I guess I'm now even on Round 3. What a bollocks way to exit this round lol

Don't be disappointed for losing your bet by backing Palmeiras as a winner. I can see that 50% of the participants have lost their bets already for the unexpected result of this match. I was quite optimistic about Palmeiras victory as losing or a draw could increase the points difference with Flamengo. I was lucky with my betslip in event 1, my little knowledge about Brazilian Serie A reflects in event 2 and 3.

I lost mine too. I was kinda pushing it tbh, I was supposed to take double chance on Palmeira paired with Flamengo but the odds was kinda low so I back out from that option.

I was skimming through those when Fluminense was still 1-1 at 90th minutes and I thought since most had Palmeiras and/or Fluminense on it, probably less than 5 betslips would survive. Fluminense somehow managed to dodge it on the very last minute

I have to say that it makes me feel a little bit better when I see that even pros like you are struggling. 

So much for "playing it safer" this time as those damn Santos and Palmeiras couldn't score and from what I can see, many failed on that game as well. On top of that, I only got 1/3 correct answers, so I just wanna forget this round as soon as possible. At least the next round starts soon.
