Hello Bitcointalk,

We’d like to introduce MistSwap — a NO-KYC crypto exchange built for private, wallet-to-wallet swaps.

Website: https://mistswap.io

====================
What is MistSwap?
====================

Key points
====================
• NO KYC / no registration for standard swaps
• Wallet-to-wallet — payout to an address you control
• Quote first, then send — fees shown in “You Get”

Who are your liquidity providers? You might claim that you do not require KYC, but a client could then be caught off guard to discover that you use a liquidity provider who *does* require it effectively forcing the client to comply with that provider’s terms of service without ever having read them.

Quote
MistSwap may refuse, delay, or limit Instant Crypto Exchange access and, when legally required, notify competent authorities.
What would happen in this scenario? Would the user be asked to complete a KYC process, or would the deposits be turned over to the authorities?
