Who are your liquidity providers? You might claim that you do not require KYC, but a client could then be caught off guard to discover that you use a liquidity provider who *does* require it effectively forcing the client to comply with that provider’s terms of service without ever having read them.

MistSwap may refuse, delay, or limit Instant Crypto Exchange access and, when legally required, notify competent authorities.

What would happen in this scenario? Would the user be asked to complete a KYC process, or would the deposits be turned over to the authorities?

Can you explain to us how your service is non-custodial?

I tried to swap BTC for ETH, but your platform generates a BTC deposit address which I believe belongs to your platform. This means my BTC will temporarily be in your custody until you send the ETH to my address. I don't think that would qualify as noncustodial.

Does MistSwap hold my funds?

No. MistSwap is non-custodial Instant Crypto Exchange: there is no funded trading balance to leave sitting on the site. You send to a one-time deposit address; swapped coins are paid to the receive address on that order.

Let's say I send 0.01 BTC to the deposit address you show on the website. Who controls that address? How is that non-custodial?
