It’s good to see your terms also describe the KYC policy. Hope you will not block users for KYC reasons by asking them for some reasons. You can’t break your own terms. It seems you have the right to not accept transactions and freeze funds. Here you need to be transparent.

If there are suspicious transactions, then you have to provide full details, at least to the users, before taking any action. So the user will be aware of their mistakes, and you may counter with all the necessary information, if needed in case the user raise allegations against your platform.

I was also eliminated by Ksmertz. At the start of the game, we weren't online simultaneously to play, so we had to wait for other players to be online. Changes need to be made, at least adding a time limit for when the tournament will start so that every tournament member can arrive on time. Thank you for this opportunity for this poker tournament.

I was also eliminated by Ksmertz. At the start of the game, we weren't online simultaneously to play, so we had to wait for other players to be online. I think he is trying to promote the project with the minimal budget which is not a good start in this highly competitive market. It needs some marketing and can get regular players. Online poker in general is very hard to get people into and be trusted.

So it is possible that a player could get blocked from withdrawing even if they have won a few hands already, simply because their deposit transaction has not received three confirmations yet.






Section 7 states that your wallet is custodial, so the balance shown is for account record keeping purposes only and is not a guarantee of immediate blockchain settlement. Right above this, in Section 6, you describe manual withdrawal reviews. You also describe what may happen if you temporarily run out of available Bitcoin to pay out with. Paying out $10 or $20 promos will no doubt affect little. However, what would happen in the event of a large multiplier on Flight or a high-stakes Poker win?

Section 8 states that you may be unable to disclose the details of a restriction or investigation to the user. This all seems to run contrary to what you promised above and the information displayed about withdrawals on your website. How can a player clear a frozen transaction or expect complete transparency when you have these clauses in your AML policy?

If those problems get taken care of now, it'll go a long way toward building trust.
