This is strange about them, and i have not seen anyone complaining about them like this, maybe it happened but i have not seen anyone complaining that they refuse to allow them to withdraw their remaining balance, maybe you did something that is violate their rules and they decided to close your account, from my own understanding, I think they will allow you to withdraw your funds but it will take some time or hours before allowing it since you violated their rules.

I don’t think you should panic about it, since you have complained to them and you have do some necessary things they ask you to do, you will be able to withdraw your remaining balance, you just have to calm down and wait for their response.

Yet I really dislike the way casinos handle cases like this. Either give them a reason for the ban or straight up pay them and then ban them. You can't just ban without explanation and expect the player moves on from the situation. 

That is one thing I am not in support with, If a casino is taking any action against a particular player then let the reason why the action was taken be clearly stated. Perhaps, this will justify the action and will even make the gambler in question not to feel bad or cheated. However, i really hope everything will be settled amicable. Because seeing complains or accusations again a particular casino is not that healthy for any business at all, this can destroy a business image if it's not treated accordingly.

As for 1Win, thanks for the explanation. However, I would recommend the them to send customer an email stating the reason why their account was blocked or will be blocked, so they don't claim that they did not received any explanation.

Well if somebody uses the same ID to create several accounts, there is not more to say but posting a rolleyes emoji, haha. About arbitrage betting, well if people actually read the TOS and still do it, that's no them. Yet I am not a fan of this "rule" I would say. I mean the odds on many crypto sites are already pretty bad tbh, much worse than compared to fiat bookies. For that reason I don't really see money to be made when using arbitrage. The winnings are so small and yet and I don't see why players should be punished when oddsmakers are too slow to adjust the odds movements.
Anyway, it is what it is sometimes I guess, we players get the short end of the stick when it comes to these rules. Win one difficult bet and you are marked as a "professional" who doesn't play recreationally. Yea, it made sense after I read holydarkness's response. The providers give them such an information and believe before they land at such conclusions, such accts might have been watched for a long time.

There are other parameters that HD was reluctant to disclose to avoid future exploits, I believe such parameters finding is the reason 1win delayed before responding. They were making sure all information is correct.

This is something beyond my comprehension. Why would any platform denies access to your betting history? Banning/confiscating is one thing but you should be able to access your records whenever you want.
I think you should ask your betting history from  1win and post it here. In most cases it is not that difficult to identify arbitrage betting patterns.
I also agree with your assertion that having multiple account is one thing but using them to circumvent the house edge is another and it is the duty of casino to prove the later, publicly or privately through mail.
Regarding same documents, someone must be super dumb (which indicates that he is not regular cheater other wise would have caught by other books to avoid) or he must have forgotten.
