It seems to contradict the spirit of self-exclusion that they are legally obligated to provide. And what they even mean by "at least"? That's like a vague threat that implies they could just charge more. How much more and what grounds they would charge more? There's no upper limit which should sound some alarms.

What I senses here is like they are trying to make the whole looks so compulsive, what I mean is that, when someone do not gamble for a specific period of time they would have to charge around 25£ which I think is extremely bad for them to charge such amount. For me, I may decide not to use that gambling site anymore because of their nasty behaviour in regards to their users or customers. I have never came across such casino throughout my experience in gambling and if I found such I wouldn’t mind either deleting my account from the gambling site anymore. Of course, it looks so weird to see that if someone do not meet the bonus requirement or wagering requirement they could limits till they met the requirement which i also think is no go area for me to use that gambling site.
Charging users for operating an account up to 24£ as you stated is quite outrageous and should be kicked against because we don't need to be forced to gamble or pay fees just to keep our accounts active, let alone to say that we need to pay as if we are subscribed to some premium shit, the highest a casino can do is to implement some level of wagering requirements on all deposit to avoid casino being use for money mixing if there is nit wagering, which supports the MLA.

The author's three examples of how casinos restrict player rights are, in my opinion, simply appalling. 🙋
The fact that winnings exceeding the initial deposit can be forfeited is simply ridiculous. Why play at a casino if not to win? I wonder if losses, according to the casino's rules, can also be forfeited? Or is that something entirely different?
The winning limit (€5,000), in my opinion, demonstrates the casino's lack of confidence in its solvency. They're not willing to pay out winnings, but they're happy to help players lose... As a result, I seriously doubt there's any point in playing at such a casino.
The monthly inactivity fee is also laughable. Commercial banks typically pay interest on customer deposits, but these online casinos withhold it. They're probably suffering from having to use other people's money and therefore need financial compensation for their mental anguish. 🧖

oh god, if they give you bonuses it's fine, in the end they're giving you money to do the tests if this happens, i don't know, i didn't understand reading, when you put your money it's wrong It's better not to play anymore in places that treat you this way, in my opinion obviously.
In the case of what's shared in the Op concerning how many wagers are required before one can make a withdrawal that has to do with a deposit made by the player and not a bonus which is given by the casino to players to test play, imagine 3x on no deposit how much will bonus have since other casinos operate with 10x and above it will be double of what this casino will request for there system seems to be designed in such a way that players can't withdraw easily.

This is something that would frustrate any player.. imagine in your first 20 spins you hit a 1000x and having to play through 3x and to lose some of your profits to the house but if you can find these harsh terms before playing, it means you actually won't even bother playing on such a casino.. and why do casino's try to make it difficult for players ?

Has anyone actually run into something like this while playing without bonuses? I'd be interested in hearing real experiences or seeing similar clauses from other casinos.
We've had alot of reports here regarding bonus withdrawal issues and the likes but for me, nah. I don't do bonus so I haven't really gotten into any similar situation so far. Gamblers should normalise reading of Casino's TOS regarding what they are after, be it bonus or other stuffs, before depositing. Every casino has their own way of running things. It won't be nice to start complaining when infact you're the one at fault for not checking whatever is stated in their terms &conditions. We have a lot of cases like that here .

| Wild Fortune [1] | Winnings from the first 3 deposits are limited to €5,000 in total, even without bonuses. Excess winnings can be forfeited. |
I understand this is to limit the new entry from winning too much, probably because the casino believes the new gambler's luck, which I think is abusrd/ They just let the new players win at their heart content. After all winning in a casino is actually very random especially when one is playing luck based game. | Crownslots [3] | After 6 months of inactivity, a monthly fee of at least €25 may be charged from the remaining balance. |
It is the right of the casino to charge its inactive players. It is called a custodial fee. This is also the reason why I have the habit of withdrawing all my funds after my gambling session. I do not want to be charged a custodial fee when I get inactive. I experienced it once, not on a gambling platform but on another service.

I have seen other sites doing the same, yet not that much and also not that fast. The ones I saw was like around 10$ after 1 year of inactivity. If you have funds on the site they will deduct it, which is kinda shady looking obviously. I mean sometimes people lose their login or can't use the site due to maybe illness or something else serious. Then they will gladly drain your wallet until it's all gone, as if this wasn't the case when you play anyway, haha. The thing with the you can't win more than 5k is hilarious. I mean these people are clearly in the wrong busyness and this rul is simply predatory. When you win a major jackpot in some game for several thousands they will only give you 5k and keep the rest, that's crazy.

Casino rules and regulations are not completely the same, but the three casinos you mentioned have strange and annoying rules and regulations for me. There is no doubt that a gambler has to fulfill the 1x wagering requirement when withdrawing money from the casino. This rule does not apply to everyone, regardless of the amount won by betting, the gambler can withdraw a maximum of 5k because there are many gamblers who bet much more than this amount. The condition number three is completely unfair.
This is why you need to read the rules very carefully, no matter which casino you choose, because there may be some conditions that are unreasonable.

Most discussions about casino withdrawals seem to focus on KYC or bonus wagering. But some restrictions apply even when you're playing with your own money and haven't claimed any bonuses. This is normal behavior (rules) at many casinos. This protects the casino's cash reserves, limiting how much it can pay out, forcing the money to go through the games and generate revenue from idle balances, I do not see this is a problem, much less as something disloyal or unfair to players. When the casino limits winnings even without offering a bonus, it is limiting its risk in cases where it needs to pay a player who wins a lot in your first deposits... unlike the daily withdrawal limit, which simply spread the payment out over time. And the minimum wagering requirement also helps prevent money laundering (actually, it only reduces this risk), because large deposits with little gaming activity and quick withdrawals is a typical signs of money laundering. Anyway... think of using your money at casino as being like going to bar and bring your own drinks. What profit does the establishment make if you come in, use the space, and leave without generating much profit? It will go bankrupt!

If there is something to learn from these casinos and all term of service are not the same, and there are services which can actually partake in abusive practices for the sake of securing as much money as possible from their inflow of deposits. That is why we are always supposed to read all terms of service and never take things for granted... It also helps to choose casinos which are big and have a lot of liquidity, so they would not need to enforce such outrageous rules and terms of services against their own gamblers. If one deposits money without opting for bonuses, one should not get any further requirement beyond the basic wager requirement which is necessary in order to discourage money laundering on the casino itself. At least, that is my personal opinion on this matter, though.

The term from Wild Fortune is definitely surprising, because I have never seen a casino having a condition to limit your winnings from the first three deposits even when you are not claiming any bonus, because whenever a casino has such a term, it would apply to a bonus you have claimed, and I have even not seen casinos limiting your winnings on bonuses or promotions you avail when making a deposit, but there can be max betting limits, or they can limit your winnings if they have given you a free bonus without making a deposit, and if you somehow manage to win something from it, they will only allow you to withdraw a specific amount from the total and that's totally fair, but it's unfair if they are limiting your winnings from a deposit.
The 3x wagering requirement on a deposited amount also seems outrageous to me, because 1x should be enough to put someone through the risk of losing their money if they are trying to use the casino for money laundering or moving funds, but 3x means they deliberately are making you lose your money and you can't withdraw before completing that in case you have won something and have already completed 1x or more in wagering, but you will have to gamble more, and in most cases as we know, gamblers lose their profits when they try to reach such targets.

I'm not surprised they have such shitty Terms & Conditions. No one should play there. But it's good that you went through their Terms & Conditions and exposed to the community their hidden traps. Maybe you saved some gamblers from joining those disgusting platforms. Thank you!

Personally if I notice such kind of annoying rules in any casino, I would personally make sure to withdraw every single dime from my account before it entered inactive status and I don't see any why I should be keeping my funds in a casino. I see no reason why I should leave my money in my account and watch it get slowly drained from? Gamblers have the right to take a break from gambling without fear of being charged for doing so.

Anyway... think of using your money at casino as being like going to bar and bring your own drinks. What profit does the establishment make if you come in, use the space, and leave without generating much profit? It will go bankrupt!
Except players aren't bringing their own drinks. Every time you hit the spin button, you are paying the house edge. That's the casino's profit right there. If a casino has to cap a raw cash win at €5,000 just to survive, they are simply broke. Serious casinos manage their risk by setting max bet limits on slots and tables, not by confiscating a player's clean win after the fact. If I'm risking 100% of my own money without a bonus, I should get 100% of my winnings - that's the core deal of gambling. Wild Fortune, 1RED, Crownslots? I've never heard of these casinos. They are not running sig campaigns or sponsoring challenges on this forum. Who are they?
They are mostly white-label sites pushed by Google affiliate blogs. Casual players just search for "top crypto casinos" and land on those review sites. They deposit thinking normal 1x turnover rules apply, and get caught completely off guard. It's actually a good reminder of how safe the Bitcointalk bubble is compared to the wild west out there.

I find their terms and conditions to be very strict, especially since some gamblers will gamble with these terms and conditions, but most probably won't because in this competitive market, gamblers are now given a lot of advantages. The €5,000 limit across 3 deposits is very annoying to me. Although I am in favor of 1x wagering, the 3x wagering requirement is not a positive for me at all. Another strict condition is that if an account is inactive for a six month, there will be a €25 penalty, which seems completely strange to me. I definitely wouldn't like a platform with such terms and conditions when gambling. Casino companies can move forward with their strategies, there is no problem, but in a competitive market, it is very difficult to move forward with such terms and conditions.

No Bonus, Still Restricted? 3 Casino ToS Clauses Worth Checking
Honestly, I really hate casinos that have 3 Conditions Clauses like the ones you mentioned. The first time I gambled, I registered at a casino like that, after I paid attention to the conditions like you said, until now I immediately deleted the casino on my device. Sometimes such casinos do not notify the stage in advance, after the withdrawal is made that is when these conditions apply, for me the casino at that time is really not a casino worth using. For this reason, it is very important to choose a casino that is transparent, honest, responsible and fair in withdrawals, when the casino makes things easier for its users, without realizing that the casino has tied their reputation well with the users themselves.

Here’s a question: tell me, who among you actually reads the rules and terms of service on gaming platforms in their ENTIRETY? What I’m getting at is this: if EVERYONE read all those rules COMPLETELY and CAREFULLY, more than 50% of those platforms wouldn’t have any users P.S. By the way, I used to just check the box that says "I have read and accept the rules" without reading them either

I am not really cool with the first terms, a player is limited to withdraw just €5000 and still yet another clause still existing inside the same clause which is not alright. I understand that at some point, casinos would try limit cash flow to checkmate money laundering or whatsoever they thought about but a player who genuinely wins their games with no fault or manipulations should be given what rightly belongs to them. It is unfortunate that these days casino's intentionally put up clauses on their terms of service to hold players to ransome so they d whatever they want not allowing room for players to get what they perceived could be a threat to their existence as a casino.

The Wild Fortune clause surprised me the most. I can understand weekly withdrawal limits, but forfeiting winnings from your own deposits seems like a different matter. As for the 3x turnover requirement, I understand that casinos don't want people using their platforms just to move money around. Still, it means taking additional gambling risk even without accepting a bonus. To be fair, these are clauses from published terms, not confirmed cases of players losing funds. I haven't personally tested withdrawals at these casinos. Has anyone actually run into something like this while playing without bonuses? I'd be interested in hearing real experiences or seeing similar clauses from other casinos. Sources:[1] Wild Fortune — Terms and Conditions, section 11.15 [2] 1RED — Terms and Conditions, Withdrawals from the Account, clause 8 [3] Crownslots — Terms and Conditions, sections 12.1–12.2 Terms checked: 19 October 2026.Thank you for pointing these out. This comes again as a reminder to always meticulously read the Terms and Conditions on every casino page before you sign up, jump into a promotional offer or whatever freebie they have going on. In my estimation, they are both protecting themselves from the regulatory authorities and from players who would later turn around and try to damage their reputation. And as for the player, it comes as a strong warning to gambling with what you can afford to lose...at least that it another way of saying it.
