Weird rule, to be honest. Usually, casinos with funding issues would make such rules, but a simpler and more efficient way to do this is to put max win limits on the games. For example, even stake has a max bet limit on Dice, Keno, etc and that's despite how massive the company is.
I remember a case here on the forum a year ago or so where a person won some 200k Euros and was only allowed to withdraw 10-15k every week. I never followed the case, but weird things do happen, and I hope he got paid and didn't gamble it back.
Deposited funds must be wagered 3x before withdrawal.
This is less weird but still bad because most casinos ask for 1x wager and that too, because they have to make sure that people are not mixing the coins or involving in other such activities. By having gameplay, the casino is cleared of any such charges, is what I believe.
