There is no rule 61.5 in JugaBet's published terms. She asked support what it meant and got no answer. JugaBet never responded to her CasinoGuru complaint either, and it was closed unresolved.

GoldBet owed Miroslav 3,371.70 USDC in winnings. They accused him of breaking their rules and kept the money.
They never showed any proof. They never even said which rule he was supposed to have broken.
His Casino Guru complaint went nowhere, with GoldBet offering no real response to any of it.
He applied to the Cashy Justice Fund. We reviewed the case. We paid him 3,371.70 USDC in full, live on the call.

Rollify paid Marcelo nine withdrawals without a problem. On the tenth, worth 7,100 USDC, they invoked a Swiss residency rule for the first time and confiscated the money.
He took it to Casino Guru, whose resolver found the confiscation unfair. Rollify ignored the decision and closed his account. Their own emails confirmed what they had done.
He applied to the Cashy Justice Fund. We reviewed the case. We paid him 7,100 USDC in full, live on the call.

Since this is about a particular casino and the topic is casinos, it should be in a gambling discussion. I have never seen anything like this, even the biggest casino in the industry did not offer such compensation. Since they are in partnership with  Askgambler, we have a reason to believe it's true.

This is too good to be true, so those who have been scammed have a chance to recover their money from other casinos that scammed them.

So we can say to others who got scammed that they have nothing to worry, we have the Cashy Justice Fund to repay what you've lost  .

In my opinion, it's pretty simple. Cashy most likely sees this fund not just as a charity initiative, but also as a pretty effective marketing tool. I actually find this idea quite interesting. Rather than just saying they're reliable, Cashy is trying to show it by helping players who got treated unfairly by other casinos.
But personally, I think this is mainly a way to attract gamblers away from other casinos and get them to switch to Cashy.  From a marketing perspective, that makes perfect sense.

$1million? Reputation for what? How do you build your own reputation by paying gamblers who got wronged by an entirely different casino? They really have a lot of money to take a different promotional route honestly. All I see is desperation to do the unthinkable--- something that they alone can do, which will either project them quickly and build the PR, or send them staggering home for more money when the reported cases gets out of control. I haven't checked yet, so I don't know their conditions to this, but this is just crazy fr.

I am highly suspicious of every company like this, because there has been people in the past in this forum for advertising similar services, and they had written scam all over them

But then again i think this could technically be legit service, as there are ton of frustrated post from people who haven't got paid and it's it's offering a service that's easy to provide if you know what you are doing.

All they need is some basic legal knowledge, and understanding how to sound professional when they communicate with casinos. Compared to users that get their accounts banned who seem to be often impatient and immature when speaking to help desk.

I also think there is important distinction to be made here regarding accountability. If Cashy provide compensation to any player, it will help that player recover some of his immediate financial loss. But the real question is whether there have been any consequence for original casino that has withheld the winning.

However entrepreneur behind Cashy is by no means devoid of substance. If any casino knows that an unfair withdrawal decision on its part could lead another operator to compensate affected player and make public evidence of incident then it will face reputational pressure. However, that will only be meaningful if alongside disclosure of evidence, we see complaint, regulatory action and other tangible consequence directed at original operator.

$1 million isn't a particularly large sum for a casino, but it sounds good. At least they earn the loyalty of the gamblers they helped. But I think they attract far more gamblers than that. As a result, they make more money than they spend.

That sounds like a lot, but think about it—they won't spend that entire amount "all at once." There is a cap on the compensation they will give to any individual player who has been wronged by other casinos. In other words, they want to stretch that amount out over as long a period as possible.

I see this as a sound marketing strategy. It's definitely going to be talked about extensively—just as we are doing right now. Just consider how much money other casinos spend on sponsoring sports clubs and competitions,or on celebrity endorsements. Those are the answers, they're making their reputation look good by helping the users who have been wronged and have that impression as the light and shining armor of those gamblers. This is a good PR for them, and instead of doing some marketing that cost a lot of expenses done by the other casinos in the typical media setup. They're going to use that fund to cover the losses/refund of the users which will be a good marketing for them as well through word of mouth by those who will get genuine help.

There's always going to be a catch at the end of the day. Perhaps they intend to launch their own platform or do something else, but it's quite odd to just be a justice system that helps other gamblers with their own funds. Who is or are the sponsors of this, how did they get their funds they help out with? It's definitely good PR, but to what end?
Am hoping to see how long they remain and keep doing this good work because from my experience nothing is ever really free or there's always a motive.
