Luckily, they don't charge a fee, so there's no harm in giving it a try.
However, I wouldn’t assume that no fee automatically mean no risk. To submit any claim, a player might need to provide their betting history, account screenshot, record of conversation with casino, identification detail & even explain their situation via video call. Personally before submitting any application, I would review eligibility criteria, compensation limit, rejection policy and privacy term. Furthermore I would never send document to anyone outside of any official website or verified channel. Most importantly you should never, under any circumstance, share your seed phrase, private key, wallet password or account login credential.

In my opinion, it's pretty simple. Cashy most likely sees this fund not just as a charity initiative, but also as a pretty effective marketing tool.
None of us here will know until julerz12 posts it here. It's a very costly marketing method, but it's unique and it might turn out to be an effective one. I just checked their reviews on Trustpilot, and they have a very low rating, with complaints about withdrawal issues. Do the complainants know about this Cashy Justice fund initiative? https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cashy.comI actually find this idea quite interesting. Rather than just saying they're reliable, Cashy is trying to show it by helping players who got treated unfairly by other casinos. But personally, I think this is mainly a way to attract gamblers away from other casinos and get them to switch to Cashy. From a marketing perspective, that makes perfect sense.
Checking on Whois, the domain has existed since 2016, but based on the Wayback Machine configuration, it happened only this year, so it's really a new casino in an old domain, and they don't have promotions, sponsorships, and marketing, except for one thing is to gain the trust of the community. I just noticed that there are no popular casinos that we are familiar with, where they pay users, I expect to see users of 1xbit and other notorious casino scammers, but there's none.

... and the users who have been helped will have the sense of giving back to them by staying and gambling more and advertise them through other gambling forums if someone will ask for help.
It might be, human mind really works like that, it's something like being gratitudem Well, not until they experienced bad on that casino after using it lmao. I can't say they (users) won't experience bad things like getting locked due to different reasons, etc etc. But if the casino keep climbing the ladder of reputation, i guess that's fine. I just observed that the casino logo have distinct similarity from colors to the font used. As for the casino looks, well, most casino have almost the same looks and UX.

I've never seen any casino with this proposition. It's a great marketing strategy and a way for gamblers to remember them. It's a great responsibility they've taken on and a commitment to maintaining their reputation as a casino as well. Look on the bright side: apparently, by gambling on their platform, your problems will be solved, if you have any...

Well, this is something I would have not expected to see... It makes me wonder where all this money which they are giving away comes from. Obviously, since we are talking about people who got wronged by casinos, this is something extremely positive for them.
I can only assume this service are taking those cases and giving that money people they feel this is an extremely fast way to get good PR and win the love of the gambling community, something like their own version of Robin Hood, but in this case, without robbing anyone in order to give to the common gamblers who got wronged in the first place. Anyways, I will definitely keep an eye onto this service and see if they could even be able to handle a case of several millions of dollars, which is something I doubt...

P.S. I don't know if this belongs here (cause it's a service, right?) or in the gambling boards. I didn't find any official thread about this casino. Also, I'm not affiliated with them, and this isn't a sponsored post.
Since this is about a particular casino and the topic is casinos, it should be in a gambling discussion. I have never seen anything like this, even the biggest casino in the industry did not offer such compensation. Since they are in partnership with Askgambler, we have a reason to believe it's true. This is too good to be true, so those who have been scammed have a chance to recover their money from other casinos that scammed them. So we can say to others who got scammed that they have nothing to worry, we have the Cashy Justice Fund to repay what you've lost . Its a pretty cool thing to see honestly. I wonder what they're getting out of all this. Would they collect money back from suing them or through some sort of insurance or something. Having a huge name backing this helps for sure and gives good reason to believe I wonder how long it'll last

I didn't make a deep research, but I'd probably dismiss this right away as shady on the basis of being too good to be true. I doubt any platform that plays superhero. There must be a catch somewhere, and I don't believe it's just pure promotion they're doing. A small, relatively unknown casino setting aside a million for their role as a savior? Something smells fishy.
I hope I'm wrong, but I've been made cynical by many profit-oriented platforms offering charitable acts which prove to be traps in the end, or at least self-serving.
Despite being new in the industry, Cashy itself has a bunch of bad reviews, but I'm glad their support is responsive.

While this is good for those who are seeking compensation for their losses, it makes me wonder why Cashy is doing this. I mean, it wouldn't be a surprise if they were compensating their own users, but users from other casinos? Why? What's in it for them? Good PR? Building their reputation? That certainly might happen if they continue on helping various users.
Per their own data, they've paid around $84k already.
It could be combination of those factors, specially for marketing as they can promote as the first service that can compensate players that have been wrong by casinos themselves. And then they partnered with AskGamblers who we all know, to be the go to of all gamblers with regards to casinos including disputes. So for me that could be their main goal here and perhaps with this move, they can attract more gamblers to their platform because they know that they are going to be safe. It's like their funds are SAFU, similar to top tier crypto exchange.

Gareton B.V is the parent company of cashy casino and if you look closely, you will see that the manager/owner Frank Douglas is heavily associated with several philanthropic initiatives. He serves as the chair of the Chineke! Foundation, which is a registered UK charity and amongst others, so in such sense, it is no wonder his company could render such humanitarian compensation to victims of casino scams. Yeah, in a way it is also PR for his company but hey who cares. So long as the initiative benefits bettors, I consider it a thumbs up.

Most likely, this is just regular marketing. Or rather, not quite regular, but with elements of deception. Most likely, the "victims" of other casinos are some fictitious users who are connected to the casino's administration. Therefore, I can cautiously assume that the casino doesn't actually make any payments. After all, we can't verify who the casino is paying, or who these people are. They're anonymous, and they could be, for example, relatives of the administration. But the marketing worked, and the proof is that we're discussing their marketing here for free, lol. I mean, we're promoting their casinos for free with these discussions.

This is very strange and unusual. Could this be a scheme for some kind of shady payments or money laundering under the guise of such generosity? Because it’s completely unclear what the marketing aspect here is. In my opinion, this is actually rather alarming. Besides, there are other casinos with a good reputation that engage in traditional marketing - will customers really leave them and switch to this charitable casino? It’s doubtful. However, the unusual cash payments might attract the attention of law enforcement agencies.

I've recently stumbled upon this casino (Cashy.com) that supposedly offers help to users who have been wronged by other online casinos. They are calling it the Cashy Justice Fund. https://cashy.com/justice-fund
Examples: Catalina won at JugaBet and asked to withdraw. She sent every document they asked for. Then JugaBet wrote off 814,000 CLP from her balance "according to the rule 61.5". There is no rule 61.5 in JugaBet's published terms. She asked support what it meant and got no answer. JugaBet never responded to her CasinoGuru complaint either, and it was closed unresolved. She applied to the Cashy Justice Fund. We reviewed the case. We paid her 878 USDC live on the call. Verified on-chain: http://etherscan.io/tx/0x6b090458570d024f7d2f4c2d2c462c52829f3f7de7a19aab34331badb89c115eThe part where I’m confused is where you said they reviewed the case live on the call and paid certain amount of money to those victims of casino fraud. How did they do that? Is that even possible? I know that reviewing of evidence like this can take a long while to connect the dots before they finally come with a genuine conclusion but with this speed of verification I’m a bit confused and curious to know what type of information was provided that made them make such hasty decision.

In some cases, it seems possible to do so. For example, if the casino already has a rule for claiming compensation and a specific amount of compensation has already been introduced, then it is possible to do so quickly. But if it were said what kind of evidence it has provided, then it would be possible to find out why it was able to get compensation so quickly. For example, if it had provided some proof of the transaction, etc., then it seems that it would not be possible to get compensation so quickly, but if the complaint is verified and found to be true, then it is definitely possible.

I strongly agree with you, there is nothing such as free beer, only free speech. By doing these kind of acts it is normal that the people will only feel good about Cashy and normally most of the people will say, if they are helping outside users imagine how far they would go to help inside users. This is a pretty effective marketing tool in advertising your services through some "third party" and increase your user base through this. As good as it maybe nothing beats the well established casinos here so for me no need to change anything.

I guess we all collectively agree that this is a good PR move from this casino. Rather than randomly sponsoring events and sports matches, they're doing something unique. Kudos to them for thinking outside the box. I also think it's a way to get their name out even further, instead of following what works like partnering with big names, they're approaching it differently by solving cases with AskGambler.
It's still a risky move because it's hard to tell how much it pays off in terms of promotion, but I respect them for helping gamblers who are facing issues with their casinos.
Yep. Definitely a win for everybody; Cashy gets good PR, the complainant gets compensation, everybody happy. That sounds like a lot, but think about it—they won't spend that entire amount "all at once." There is a cap on the compensation they will give to any individual player who has been wronged by other casinos. In other words, they want to stretch that amount out over as long a period as possible.
I was also thinking... perhaps now that this movement has already started, maybe there's a way to continue this initiative without exhausting their "Justice Fund". Maybe they could call on to other online casinos, especially those who are already in this industry for a very long time, and ask for them to pool on additional funds ($500k, $1m). In return, those casinos will also be extensively mentioned as official contributors, giving them good PR. Perhaps if this is done, it's also best to rename the whole thing to Casino Justice Fund?

Honestly, I have never seen anything like this before. But my question is where do they get so much funds from? Are they giving those funds from their own pockets or are they providing them from some charity? Because one million USDC is not a small amount, If they give it from their own pockets, then it will be a big level of marketing for them. Because and users will be able to trust them very easily. Because since they are returning other people's scammed money, people will usually trust them that they will never scam. And it can happen. If they continue this regularly, I think it is good news for scammed casino players.

I don't think that I've seen or heard anything like this either, a casino paying gamblers that other casinos scammed, it sounds too good to be true yet it is a reality, I can understand if they pay gamblers on their site who where denied payment but later paid but doing that to casinos that they don't have any affiliates with is very astonishing. I also wonder if these payments are from their own reseave or perhaps they are being funded by some charitable donors, whatever it is I think that Cashy casino is very exceptional. If they continue like this I'm sure that in the nearest future their casino would be among the top thrusted casinos which would increase gambling traffic on their site. I wish them the best in this their noble gestures to gamblers who were wronged by other casinos.

As far as I can see, they are basically giving this fund from their marketing budget. That is, as we see in many casinos run their signature campaigning on this forum, it is their marketing budget. So cashy is not keeping a separate budget for signatures or any influencer marketing, but is returning the money to the casino players who have been scammed. And yes, this is indirectly a good marketing policy. Although they are not doing any promotion directly, but indirectly they are getting a lot of good reputation. And from what I have seen, there is all the evidence, including videos on their website.

I know this casino due to their marketing presence on social media especially on Instagram. I doubt their main goal is for identity theft as they allocated a significant amount for this program while they can purchases KYC data on the deep web with much lesser funds.
Trust building through this assistance is really effective since those victims will surely find a new casino to play and there’s a high chance that they will lose back again the recovered funds. It’s a win situation for both the player and the casino. Fun Fact: This casino was operated by Gareton B.V. which is same company of BitStarz casino that has negative trust rating on the forum. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=307265
