What's the big deal about creating a new address? Just 1 click isn't it? You could also just limit your wd to once a month or something just take away the apparent stress of creating a new address.
There’s no issue with creating a new address.
The only problem is transferring the remaining balance from one address to another—you have to pay a fee every single time. Things get even more complicated when the fees for USDT transfers have to be paid in Ethereum.
Of course, one could simply leave the funds where they are and keep playing for fun until a large win accumulates. However, there’s also the company’s bonus system to consider—specifically the "reload" bonus, which is awarded upon making a new deposit. This effectively forces you to withdraw your funds and then deposit them all over again.
I keep creating new addresses...
Even accounting for the fees incurred when transferring the "remaining balance," USDT-ERC20 remains the method with the lowest transaction costs.
That said, the purpose of this thread is to reach the technical payments department so they can fix this bug.
I hope a company representative joins the discussion; after all, resolving this would ultimately be an improvement for the company itself.
