OP, I don't really blame, it's not like they hold hands in protest against AI development, if they don't do it, someone else will do it and they would be left with with nothing, rather they earn a little income now, lick their wounds when AI adapts and finally think of another way if making money

Of course, there is no one who will protest against AI, rather if they do not do it, someone else will do it in exchange for money. They are getting paid for their work, they are not thinking about these things so much, but they are working with a camera on their head. They do not think about the future loss of their jobs from these things, but they are getting money now, they are continuing to work. Of course, you are right that they will earn money now, if they do not get their jobs in the future, they will focus on other things. However, the point that the OP has raised is that it is not that AI will create problems everywhere in the future, but it will create problems in some cases and will be beneficial in many cases.

I even see such kinds of videos where some firms and companies are hiring workers to use a camera while doing their tasks or jobs. So that these captured tasks can help AI to train for future purposes to replace human labour. How innocent these people are who are right now working for the sake of some money without knowing that they are damaging their own future by training AI models.

I think these people maybe don't understand what they are doing and what the consequences of this will be. And in the case that some of them know what they are doing, they are getting high pay to keep their mouths shut. AI technology is evolving, everyone keeps saying this and honestly with this trained system AI is definitely taking over meanwhile humans need salary either monthly or weekly, I bet when the AI is set the system only needs servicing.
Workers get paid a huge some of amount just because they need every data stored in order to replicate an AI tool that can offer same function as human in cloth design, when human services are no longer needed just imagine what will become of these people and their skill? Just because this process is showed to viewers doesn’t mean other sectors don’t suffer same problem obviously this is a pattern. But saying that AI is never replacing human creativity is not strong argument because it is already capable of producing content, design and other creative work in faster and more creative way than humans. It might not have human experience or original thought but businesses often care more about final result rather than just how it is going to be produced.

Even if they decline the job, someone will just take it. They should just accept it. It's not like all of them will unite and decline the job offer. Of course, there will always be someone who's willing to take the job even if it could threaten their job in the future.

If they are under a strong and united union, they can come together and resist the AI training jobs. But we live in a society where money controls everything. Even if they are told the effect of what they are doing, they’re not at the liberty to actually stop them from doing that because they’re getting paid for it, and also a very good amount for that. The workers know the consequences of this, but they can’t do anything. Just imagine this is their only source of living, don’t you think that they can’t complain and stop themselves from doing so. We know what AI has continuously being trained to substitute most of man’s work and this is gradually becoming a reality. I am not surprised by this news, it is just as expected.

Saw that video months ago, and it's saddening me that these people have no option but to train their own replacement. I also see a lot of hiring right now to train the AI agents that these companies are developing. They pay good amount and higher than the average daily pay but, the expense of it is soon when the development is done these AIs will start to operate for these jobs that human workers do.

In the first video I saw around last year or earlier this year, it was a group of males that were putting on this same head cameras which was also recording the activities of their hands while they were cutting and sewing fabrics. This people are doing this because the income is really needed by them and their families, even if they reject the offer, others will accept it. How are we even sure that this is going to end their job? They are local fabric makers, even if AI starts making same fabric, they would still have their own customer who comes to them because they believe in them more than whatever AI will create.

So people are pushed towards jobs even when they want to run their own business. Everyone has responsibilities and a family to support, so they don't worry about whether AI could affect their jobs. But companies know that recordings of their workers can be used to train robotic AI, so in the future they will replace humans with robots.

Is the future of the industrial sector in AI's hands? I think it's wrong to say that AI will replace human workers, because AI also needs to be developed, and humans are adaptable enough to survive in any situation, which makes them superior to AI. Fabric industries will also still need humans, because many people prefer handmade fabric products to machine-made ones. Handmade products are more valuable and unique. I agree with you that people are actually very happy with what they get immediately. Now if a person does not want to train Ai, then someone else will do that job instead and he will earn some extra money. There are billions of people in the world and not everyone will agree on everything all the time. So in the future, job losses due to Ai will definitely happen and it has already started. The big tech companies of the world are laying off employees just because of Ai because what Ai can do in an hour takes a few hundred people a few days or weeks. So what people have to do now is to constantly develop their skills and develop such skills that it is not possible to replace Ai yet and it will not be possible in the future very soon. I was so wowed by the video,I couldn’t even believe my eyes.Those people are really risking their source of income to some bots.Now I’ve got to confirm that statement when people say AI is going to takeover a lot of jobs in the future,and surprising humans are even the ones facilitating such ideology into reality.What would they gain teaching a bot their skills for some huge amount and losing their skills in future,even though AI won’t be able to takeover all the sectors it’s quite risky to teach them some skills,anyways most skeptical people would still prefer humans running their task because a bot may not be vast and creative since they are only programmed to a limited knowledge.But that shouldn’t give skillful people the confidence to train a bot on how to perform similar tasks.

Yes talk about trying to keep your morals and job for the future and your colleagues takes it leaving you with nothing now and also nothing in the future.
But who protects this low income workers, it should be the government, Ai is going to be felt most by these guys who are being paid to teach Ai to take their Jobs, no wonder it's not even getting much consideration by those in power.

But what actually is happening here? Who is paying them, and how are they going to use this data and train what? Robots? If yes, then I don't think those robots would be ready by the time these workers are still alive, because it's not about the robots themselves. They can be prepared, but it's about the demand and work.

People need money for construction and to pay the contractors, and only then can contractors afford to buy these robots so they can build a building, sew clothes, etc. So I think this can become normal only when the economy grows. Otherwise, they can build these robots, but no one would be buying them.

First, I’d like to correct an impression; they are not helping. Just like you said; they are been paid a very pleasing amount, so the fact that they are paid practically means that they are carrying out a duty they are paid for so they ain’t helping.

That’s by the way, talking about adequately informing them, is it going to change anything? Because personally I don’t think it makes any difference. This is my reason: let’s assume that they are soo educated and aware of what was actually going, the wise will still do it and accept the extra pay as a gratuity of the years or months of work. And to those that will decline, they still remain a looser, because with or without them the job will still be effectively carried out. Now they tend to loose the initial money, the extra and aswell the job you were trying to protect.

Try dismissing the offer and see how many people are willing to take the job. It didn't start now, people have been training AI to do so many things, in different sectors, although not every sector can be completely snatched by AI.

Dress making is what I also think cannot fair with AI only, fashion evolves and it needs human creativity as well, if AI takes some part of business, I expect workers to evolve also into making use of the AI, in a way they won't go unemployed.

In my opinion, AI needs to be considered both a risk and an opportunity to enhance the performance of the job. Technology has always brought about changes in the employment sector, and the application of AI is just a continuation of those changes to a new level. As such, it gives programmers a chance to use AI to deal with routine coding issues and have enough time to apply their critical skills and expertise in problem-solving and system development. However, at the same time, we have to take into account the possibility that some of the occupations will vanish or become different. Personally, what I would like to stress is the necessity to adapt to changes rather than to fight against them. We should know in advance the possible impact of AI on our spheres of activity and be ready to learn the skills needed in our work.
