Thanks for the feedback.
I see you are offering 48 hour trial version, but only with entering email.
You also don't have the option to create account and use your vpn without email, and many competition VPN have that by default.
Another thing I noticed is lack of source code and any information about auditing, so I am going to assume your software is closed source, and there is no github page to check the code.
The 48-hour free trial requires an email and card to
prevent abuse.
But, as stated in the [ANN],
neither is required to use K1VPN: you can
register with crypto, without providing an email or card, and try the service for 7 days for €2.99.
Our own apps are closed source, but
nobody is required to use them.
You can use whichever open-source clients you trust.
As we have explained openly in
another thread, an open-source client or an audit of that client says nothing about how the VPN provider’s servers handle your traffic. Without equivalent transparency on the server side, presenting client-side code or an audit as proof of the whole service’s security is one of the most common ways the public is misled. In that context, its value is largely marketing.
I understand that not everyone has the technical background to assess how a VPN works end to end, especially after being bombarded with paid placements on major review sites

We have no intention of trying to persuade anyone or engaging in a fruitless argument that will lead nowhere. We are willing to discuss publicly only concrete findings from an actual test of the service, not assumptions.
We are simply presenting an alternative for people to evaluate for themselves.
Best
