I did not make any winnings playing Plinko, I honestly just did it to meet the wagering requirement so I could withdraw my money. I only bet on sports, and when I realized they had limited me I just wanted to withdraw.
So you are just requesting your deposit back, right? (Correct me if I am wrong.)
In that case, it should be an easy case, and I can see no reason for the casino to confiscate your deposit for exploitative reasons. The only probable reason would be AML (anti money laundering) compliance, since you just wagered the minimum on Plinko and then requested a cash-out. Even then, the right approach would be to flag the deposit immediately after it was made.
Correct, I'm only asking for my deposit back.
I had previously deposited, won some money betting on sports, and withdrawn my entire balance.
The following day, I deposited another $20,000, only to discover that 1Win had restricted my sports betting. Since I couldn't place bets anymore, I played Plinko to meet their 1x wagering requirement and withdraw my funds.
My final balance was $20,014, so we're talking about $14 in winnings on a $20,000 deposit.
I understand why this could trigger an AML review, and I have no issue with reasonable verification.
What I don't understand is how any of this justifies confiscating my $20,000 deposit. If they don't want my business anymore, that's fine. Just return my money.
