First, I want to clarify that my English is not very good. I have used ChatGPT's help to understand and write some of my messages, so there may be some mistakes or confusion in the wording. Please do not treat every sentence as a perfectly accurate legal or technical statement.

Regarding my friend, why would I need to give him my phone when he could simply play using his own phone? I am trying to understand why this point is being used against me.

You mentioned that my account was closed in 2024 because of prohibited techniques. Did you personally see the evidence supporting that allegation? At that time, I saw the message "Temporarily unavailable." BC.Game has accused me of different things at different times. First, they accused me of bonus misuse, and later they accused me of multiple accounts. If they have evidence, why haven't they clearly explained what I actually did wrong or shown me the evidence?

Shouldn't I have been given a fair opportunity to explain my side before my account and funds were restricted?

And one more thing: you keep referring to 2024. Whether this happened in 2024 or even 1990, does that mean my money has no value today? A few days ago, the news about the theft at Binance received worldwide attention. The incident was discussed across the world because a huge amount of money was involved.

But what about ordinary users like us? When approximately $60,000 of our money is locked, who raises their voice for us? Does our money have no value simply because we are ordinary users and not a major company?

That is my point. I am only asking for transparency, evidence and a fair opportunity to defend myself.

We follow up on all complaints, including this one. Mentioning the amount involved was simply to clarify the facts of the dispute, not to suggest that a smaller complaint deserves less attention.

For clarity, our records link the withdrawal address THKWZqKE*******4nrS to 30 accounts. Separately, the device identifier 01rmob*******7a024e is associated with three accounts. These recorded connections form the basis of our multi-account finding.

The underlying account and device records are not suitable for unrestricted public disclosure, as they contain information relating to other accounts. We have retained those records and can provide them confidentially to an appropriate independent complaint handler for review.

You are, of course, free to continue your complaint through another dispute-resolution channel. We will continue to cooperate there.

We welcome an independent review. We simply ask that the supporting records receive the same consideration as the allegations.
I strongly dispute your conclusion, and I want you to verify the actual withdrawal records before holding me responsible for 30 accounts.

At that time, I asked my cousin brother why he was not withdrawing his money. He told me to withdraw through a wallet. I explained that I did not have a wallet, so he said he would give me an address. I did not properly understand how this wallet system worked or that using that address could create an issue. When I entered the address, my account was blocked.

Now you are claiming that this withdrawal address is linked to 30 accounts. I want you to answer a very simple question: Was any withdrawal from my BC.Game account actually completed and paid to that wallet address?

Please provide the withdrawal transaction records, including the date, amount, transaction ID and destination address, if you claim that I received any funds through it.

I am specifically asking you to verify whether I ever received even one rupee through that wallet address. My position is that I only withdrew money through bank transfers and did not receive any money through that wallet.

If your records show that a wallet withdrawal was actually completed from my account, show me the proof. If no such withdrawal was completed, then explain why you are using that address to hold me responsible for 30 accounts.

Do not simply show that an address is linked to multiple accounts. Establish what withdrawal, if any, was actually made from my account and how you concluded that I personally operated those other accounts.

I am asking for transaction-level evidence, not just an allegation.

That is my point. I am only asking for transparency, evidence and a fair opportunity to defend myself.

Every casino in the world has terms of service even scam casinos. You really should have read their terms of service; if you haven’t, here is what is stated in the terms of service for the casino BC.Game:

source: https://bc.game/help/terms-service

Take a close look at this important point in the Terms of Service read exactly what it says and then compare it with what you wrote on the lcb.org website. Ask yourself: do you really need any more proof? You publicly admitted that your friend used your Wi-Fi to access his BC.Game account, and you also publicly admitted that he accesses his BC.Game account using your phone. Now, look at how clearly BC.Game has outlined the criteria they use to link two accounts identifying a situation where a customer is accused of operating multiple accounts, which is a violation of their Terms of Service. This point is very clear, and you really should have read it:

source: https://bc.game/help/terms-service

Everything is quite clear; that is why the casino closed your account. One could argue that keeping your deposit is unfair. they should have returned it but the casino stated that you deposited $7 and won $1,294.74. I suspect they didn’t return your deposit because your winnings exceeded what you had deposited. This is just my assumption; I don’t know how much you deposited the last time that allowed you to win such a large sum, nor do you mention when exactly you made the deposit that enabled you to win ₹61 lakh. Look, I’m not defending this scam casino, but I am reporting the facts.

You have misunderstood my situation, and I want to clarify the facts.

First, I never gave anyone permission to use my BC.Game account, and I never admitted that I allowed a friend to operate my account. Please show me exactly where I said that.

Regarding the withdrawal address linked to 30 accounts, I acknowledge that I entered that address on my BC.Game account. However, no withdrawal was successfully completed to that wallet, and I never received any funds through it. All my actual withdrawals were made through bank transfers. My account was restricted around the same time this wallet-address issue arose.

I am asking BC.Game to check its own records and confirm whether any withdrawal was ever successfully completed from my account to that wallet address. If they claim it was, they should provide the date, amount, transaction ID and blockchain transaction hash.

I would also like to point out that BC.Game provided an account-linking option that allowed accounts to be linked. Even when this option was available to me, I never used it to link multiple accounts. I have attached two screenshots as evidence:

Screenshot 1: https://ibb.co/Ndb6Pprr
Screenshot 2: https://ibb.co/XktPrygy

Why would I deliberately put my own account and funds at risk by operating multiple accounts when I never did so?

Simply entering a wallet address does not prove that I operated 30 accounts or received money through that wallet.

Please look at the actual evidence instead of making assumptions. I am not denying that I entered the address; I am disputing the allegation that I successfully withdrew funds through it or operated 30 accounts.

I want BC.Game to provide verifiable transaction-level evidence and explain the exact basis for its decision. I deserve a fair opportunity to defend myself.
I think you have misunderstood my situation, so let me clarify the facts.

Yes, I mentioned that my friend used my Wi-Fi. However, at that time, I was not even playing BC.Game, and I had no knowledge of this game. So how can you conclude that I was operating multiple accounts? I also never gave anyone permission to use my BC.Game account.

My account had completed full KYC verification. BC.Game itself claims that it cannot disclose confidential information about other users. But this also raises an important question: if those accounts belong to other users, how can BC.Game hold me responsible for them merely because of a wallet address?

Let me explain what actually happened with that wallet address. I asked my cousin how I could withdraw my money. He suggested using a wallet. I told him I did not have a wallet on my phone and did not know how the wallet system worked. He then gave me an address, which I entered into my BC.Game account. My account was restricted around that time, and no withdrawal was successfully completed to that address.

My concern is that my cousin may have been using that wallet address to withdraw funds from his own account. I entered the address without understanding its connection to other accounts, and I ended up being accused. I am asking BC.Game to verify the actual withdrawal records. If a withdrawal had successfully gone from my account to that address, I would accept responsibility for that transaction. But no such withdrawal took place, and I received no money through that address.

BC.Game claims that this address is used by 30 accounts. But has it established that I personally operated those accounts? Does it know who actually controls and uses that wallet address? Simply linking an address to multiple accounts does not prove that I operated them.

Regarding the deposit and winnings, yes, I deposited approximately $7 before withdrawing around $1,294.74. I am not denying that. However, this does not represent my complete gaming history. I had both wins and losses over time. Gambling games involve both winning and losing; if every player always won, there would be no reason for these games to exist. But that is a separate issue.

The main point is that the allegations being made against me are incorrect. I never operated 30 accounts, never gave anyone permission to use my account, and never successfully withdrew funds through the disputed wallet address.

Please focus on the actual evidence and ask BC.Game to provide proof of a successful withdrawal from my account to that wallet address, rather than making assumptions about me.

Every online casino has terms of service and it’s clear that their goal is to make a profit, not to incur losses. Naturally, whenever someone deposits a small amount and wins a large sum, the casino will investigate how that happened because, truth be told, you are far more likely to lose everything than to win big at a casino.

For starters, you refuse to say how much you deposited, which game you played that allowed you to win ₹61 lakh. The casino claims you deposited $7 and won $1,200, did you withdraw that entire $1,200? Furthermore, how much did you deposit afterward, and what game did you play that led to the ₹61 lakh win? You haven’t mentioned any of this since you started this thread.

As for the proof  you keep demanding from this casino, what casino have you ever seen that reveals exactly how they catch cheaters? In this case, yourself have already confirmed a few things:

1 – You confirmed that your friend used your Wi-Fi.

2 – You confirmed that your friend used your phone to access his own BC.Game account.

3 – You confirmed that you entered your friend’s wallet address into your own BC.Game account.

You cannot claim that these points require further proof from the casino. In any casino, these actions alone are sufficient grounds to suspect multiple accounts, a breach of terms of service and account closure. Even though I personally consider this a scam casino, they did provide proof to an intermediary, who ultimately ruled in the casino's favor. What you should be seeking is the return of your original deposit. which is why I’m asking again: how much did you deposit, and what game did you play that allowed you to win such a large amount? It’s quite unusual for someone to deposit $7 and end up winning $1,200. Also, keep in mind that in 2024, the casino closed your account, claiming you were using "prohibited techniques "  And yet, 2 years later, you went back to using the same casino.

You have misunderstood my statements and are making accusations against me without evidence.

First, I never said that I asked my friend to log in to his BC.Game account using my phone. Why would I ask him to use my phone when he already had his own phone? I never gave him permission to access or use my BC.Game account.

Regarding Wi-Fi, I was discussing the possibility of accounts being associated through a shared internet connection. I did not confirm that my friend used my Wi-Fi to operate a BC.Game account. Some of the things I mentioned were possibilities I was trying to understand, not statements confirming that these events actually happened.

Regarding the wallet, I have already explained that I entered an address suggested by my cousin. However, no withdrawal was successfully completed from my account to that address. My actual withdrawals were made through bank transfers.

Yes, my last deposit was $7, and I played Crash. I am not hiding that information. BC.Game provided evidence to LCB, but LCB did not tell me that I was guilty or that the casino's allegations were proven. They told me they could not provide further assistance.

You are also making assumptions about me without seeing the actual evidence. Please do not accuse me of operating multiple accounts or sharing my account when I have not admitted to doing those things.

I am asking for a fair discussion based on facts and verifiable evidence, not assumptions or interpretations of statements taken out of context.
