Toshi Bet Nonresponsive after Pending 1653.36 USD withdrawal Now Disabled Acc

I requested a withdrawal of 1653.36 USD and it was pending... It took 1 day and I started asking questions in live support.. they Basically said that they would forward it to the relevant team..

After days of trying to get them to do something or give me a reason they just stopped answering all together , both in live support and never even bothered to answer on email despite telling me to contact them there. And a few days later they now have Disabled the account.

From reading former complaints people have made on this site.. I don't have much hope of seeing my money again because they seem to not even bother responding when they freeze your funds.. If anyone could assist me here in anyway then it would be helpful!

The user was last active on July 22 so it looks like the account is already inactive, and if you check their trust page you will see there's an unresolved case also.

I suggest you add evidence so your accusation will be valid, they might not see it now but once users see that the account has a lot of red tags they might be forced to come back and resolve the problems.

You can upload the evidence on talkimg.com then post here the image link so we can view it and do the necessary on their forum account. I don’t have any experience playing on this casino but they do have a lot of cases that are the same to you which they block accounts without explanation.

OP came here and raise thread following my advice after reached out to me behind the screen for resolution and it came to my awareness that their rep was long tagged by me. As I don't hand out tag easily, it means I was serious with my tag on them, and OP is at dead-end.

I also want to show an update.. I tried logging in to toshi again today and it said password was wrong and for me to reset password now.. I did this and you can see i reset it from my mail. But then after changing the password it now gives me the same response.. So did Toshi just delete my account?

Without proper explanation or any response after previously promised an explanation, thus no clear breach of ToS being explained, I'll support even a type-3 flag based on those premises.

Same scheme. Just another casinos. It's an endless list of scams, that why this issue must be addressed by all reputable users.

Some users get scammed.  Mediator come here, and users lose funds... they are scammers there is nothing to "mediate".

Flag can not be changed, unfortunately. And depending on your intention, it might be something that is not wrong per se, if you meant to tag them with violation of written contract. Of which, since they unilateraly confiscate your account without explanation or anything at all, might hold some water in the eyes of DTs.

You raised the heaviest flag, it needs three net plus DT support or opposition to be activated. You can ask for support on the link to the thread I gave you, with formats following what others wrote on that thread. The link for your flag also provided on my previous post.

This website has already a dismal reputation (just google "toshibet scam) and has been marked with dozens of issues even in forum.
It was already linked with many scams even before being promoted here.

Considering most of the scammers that are advocating for these scams are in the DT (despite a 0 real-world trade or being compltely unknown) what is the sense of open a flag since it would be downvoted by themself?

This is an useless instruments against this kind of casinos/User.
Anyway it could be enough keeping an eye opened against these bunch of mammals would allow other bitcointalk users to get scammed.

If a coackroach advocate for the "freedom of scam" or "freedom of whatever" please go ahead... it is just the last pathetic approach to defend people getting scammed online using bitcoin.
