FortuneJack Blocked 1700$ Withdrawal Over “Multi-Account” Accusation

Hi all,

I'm posting here to warn others and hopefully get some advice.

I recently requested a withdrawal from FortuneJack after playing with my own deposited funds — no bonuses, no promotions used, just straight gameplay.

Soon after, they restricted my account and accused me of having another account , which they say violates their Terms. But I’ve only used my current account (“jack-7120339 ID: 3967838”) — I don’t have another account.

They claim this is “multi-accounting for monetary gain,” and they voided all my winnings without proof of any abuse. They also threatened me with legal action if I disputed further.

To be clear:

I made the deposit myself

I didn’t claim any bonuses

I didn’t use or access any other accounts during play

I tried appealing calmly — they refused to reconsider

If anyone has advice or similar experience, feel free to DM me.

I have all the prints of the email conversation with the support team and they refusing do let me withdrawl anything aside from my orignal deposit, 64 $.

I have maid almost 1700$ in winnings and its realy sad that they do this and still threatened me with legal action if i disputed further

Any chance you can provide screenshots of your emails/conversation with their support as evidence to support your claims? Also, what do you mean they threatened you with legal action if you disputed this case further? That's a weird statement from them. Do you have a screenshot of it? 

Anyway, did you use a VPN when you accessed their platform? There are cases that I've seen where gamblers got accused of multi-accounting because they used a VPN to access the website.

What about using other people's devices or ISP to access the website? I've also seen cases of people being accused of multi-accounting because they used other people's devices or ISP to access the platform.

Regarding the "threat of legal action", it sounds like just a generic response they put in emails like this after making a decision about a case. Anyway, if you are not satisfied with their decision, you could try posting this on casino.guru. They are listed there, and I checked some of the cases they have there, and from the looks of it, they do respond to casino.guru staffs.

What ISP means ? as for another people's devices i only used my own pc.
I already did a pos on casino.guru as well, but i saw a post here with a similar problem that was resolved.
