PACGOR is supposed to protect the players by cancelling license to the casinos who are being unfair but it seems that the corrupt government in PH is having its bindings into the other offices there, which is not uncommon to see.

I doubt the players who are having these complaints will see any actual solution but rather have to settle with something else like others have pointed out and drop the case - silence money.

This is really sad , they always wish for people to lose ,and when someone finally win they start making excuses not to pay them there money , I could remember few years ago ,when about 5 persons won a maximum amount on the bet app, immediately they began to face glitch and that resulted to so much dragging on Twitter, it was a serious case ,the winners where willing to take the case to another level ,that is how they finally paid them and took over a week or more ,they shouldn't be doing that to people, big wins always scare them , but they want people to bet with them and keep losing there money , gambling is a game of luck ,why such attitude when luck shines on someone.

And another thing, they are only allowing a limited number of casinos to operate in the Philippines, seems like they are trying to create a monopoly so those who are close to the regulators are the ones making all the money from poor Filipinos. Whether the casinos are regulated or not, the real problem is still from the players. With an offshore casino, you at least get the heads-up that the odds are totally stacked against you and so you know better than to take risks that are bigger than you.

What can you expect from this corrupt government, for all we know these operators could be in connivance with government officials so gamblers are not really protected here.

They'll be happy if you keep losing but when you win big they will make an excuse that it's a bug and then you complain to PAGCOR and they might make a judgment in favor of the casinos without even looking into the case. So you bring your case to court and they could bribe the lawyers, your case could even reach the Supreme Court at most, it might take 20 years before it's decided, you might already be dead by then.

This is the type of thing that will make or break the entire industry, though. If you do allow casinos to scam people, and make it this obvious, and let these charges drop and let the casino keep not paying, then why would anyone ever gamble again? They would go to Stake or any other online casino, even a ton of other scam casinos, instead of playing there.

It makes sense if you look at the natural tendencies of most corrupt PH officials.. it's more reasonable for the casino to bribe them than to pay out the winnings.. If the casino bribes the officials and makes it seem like the win was just a glitch, most likely they won't have to pay out nearly that much money. But, even so, they can't avoid public scrutiny, as people will probably notice the scam they pulled and there might be more people who would avoid playing at that casino and choose to play at offshore casinos they believe are more reliable.. The casino is not regulated so this is the reason why they can take profits of gamblers and nothing can be done about it, Bettors can keep on filing complaints but it's going to be to no avail. If i'm not mistaken, this right here is another case, 8 people amounting $46.8m total unpaid winnings, and the local PH casino called ArenaPlus is again involved into this newly reported unpaid winnings.

The very common reasoning is "glitch". I don't know how careless these casinos are knowing that they are dealing with massive amount of money. If indeed the investigation comes out as glitch, they should pay compensations to the victims. These people lost a lot of money for sure while playing in the platform, and there are no "glitch" on those.
