If the court or other body that handles gambling-related matters could help the players get justice I could have seen a need to celebrate the casino being regulated. Your reading comments on this thread and how member's point to the PHILIPPINES government not to always be in favour of the complainant it's very disheartening, and I will no longer see it as an advantage. Instead, I would rather prefer to take a risk on offshore casinos after all they are just illegal in the country but are licenced elsewhere if there is issue one can always take it to their approved ADR they can be more fair than the country way of judging.
Gambling is almost always accompanied by corruption corruption that goes to great lengths to remain hidden, as those involved benefit from the steady flow of money. Even though they take risks, they likely bank on the fact that they would first have to be discovered, and then have their participation proven, many may even hope for only a short prison sentence if caught. Furthermore, capitalism has intensified, and for many, money is the ultimate objective a trend amplified by the era of social media. Yet, one must, above all, remain honest with oneself. While these gamblers might receive a portion of what they expect, I highly doubt they will ever be paid the full amounts they have claimed.

An online betting company here in PH refuses to pay their winnings. The audacity of these local companies. They only want to take profit. They will use system glitch as an excuse so they will avoid paying. You can lose a lot, but you will have a hard time getting your winnings, most especially if it's already big. As a person who lives here and knows their practices, this is the reason why I don't trust them and prefer playing in casinos advertised here in the forum.

Even if the trial hasn't started, I already know the outcome. Even if they manage to win the case, they will probably get less, or worse, they will lose, which is not impossible considering how they do things here. They will get nothing at all, and they just put their lives at risk.

Well, for them, it's cheaper to pay someone and do an inside job than to pay back all the bettors.

Very very bad, all the creditors should go and ask for the money under the house of the owner of the company, because obviously it is not right that you refuse to pay the bets.
My grandfather said that bets always pay off, like a true man (even if i am a woman).

I just can't believe that more and more people are filing these complaints that they were not being paid. If indeed this is a glitch then the company should have resolve this issue to avoid repeating the same problem again and again. If this scenario will continue most likely they will lost costumers as we will loss our confidence playing on their sites.

The problem with this is that most likely, PAGCOR will side with the company and not with the users as paying the PAGCOR official will be economical rather that paying billion of pesos to the complainants or as usual they will just opt with a settlement where they would pay very less.
