At this point in time, if the opportunity presets itself for me to switch job, even switch to a better country, I would like, my day job pays okay but if I see an opportunity that oaud better I would gladly accept, so their is nothing stupid about that you are only doing what any person would do. We see alot of people taking the bold step to move to another country where a job isn't guaranteed but they still do it, you see that yours is even better

Snip
Nowadays, it is not enough to be proficient in a particular subject, multiple skills are required to progress in your career. And changing careers does not mean neglecting your previous education, rather it helps you progress in your career by acquiring new skills. Sometimes our career goals can change without us knowing it, so learning something new will be a big advantage when entering a new job later. Therefore, having a mindset of learning something new is very important. However, before changing careers, it is necessary to understand your qualifications and interests, what kind of needs people have in the new field and whether you can do it well. Having multiple skills in yourself is an advantage in all fields. Those who have multiple skills are ahead in the workplace.
Being multifaceted and yet being relevant in one's own area of specialty is an added advantage career wise, it creates room for new ideologies and research based studies, giving you the opportunity to absorb new ideas yet staying even with other fields of studies and areas of interest.

Ever wondered why some grade A students end up working for their pairs who couldn't graduate with good grades? The truth ain't far fetched, it is simply because the grade A students after graduation stopped thinking out of the box and clinged to his area of specialty without considering the enormous opportunities which he could utilise in other areas of studies,  thereby engaging in other areas, I think this is one area that distinguishes an individual in every endeavour, the ability to be versatile is quite important in this era of civilization.
