I agree with this, wagering through in-house games should be excluded from the start to avoid any confusion, in the terms page 1.03x and 1.04x are probihited but is 1.05x multiplier still allowed? Also I read on their terms page the rules apply for bets after 22 October 2026, looking at the complained on X, the user posted it on 16 October, so I assume this rules comes out after someone managed a good progress and the casino feel cheated with that method.

We have encountered this pattern of bonus abuse repeatedly — both in the past and continuing today — and it is precisely because of this history that we cannot simply return funds whenever a complaint is made. Doing so would only invite the same abuse again and again.
