Something else worth considering, are you getting notifications to your email regarding Bitcoin,
Crypto, exchanges, news feeds and the like?
Do you also get personal information to the same email?
Thats a cause for concern, if your email is hacked your personal information and your interest
in Bitcoin and Crypto leave you open to attack in some form.
My advice is to unsubscribe from everything coming into your email, in case of a hack your
email may not look so interesting when there is no Bitcoin or Crypto related info.
I use different emails for my different purposes.
With work related things, I use my office/company email
If it is for personal things, I use my personal email for it and with this email, I don't use it to register accounts on cryptocurrency exchanges and others.
With Bitcoin and cryptocurrency related things like exchanges, newspapers, I use one or some emails for this purpose.
This practice can help to diversify risk and I won't lose all emails, all sensitive information at one security incident.

It's smart to separate private, business, and fun when it comes to emails. I think a lot of people use one or two e-mails at most, and on top of that they have very weak passwords that can be easily brute-forced. If more people took a completely different approach to their internet security, it would be much more difficult for hackers to achieve greater success, and accordingly there would be fewer attacks.
Today it's like setting a table full of food, writing that no one should touch the food on the table, and putting a poodle to guard it all - how can you expect anyone to take that seriously and not accept what's served to them on a silver platter?
Exactly guys!
But I just can't help wondering if those who store their coins on centralised exchanges just
use the single email for all personal correspondence, actually its probably a given that they
do - thats my opinion.
Something else email related is the use of the smartphone which is something I personally
have only considered NOW, i have a number of emails but they all get collected by my smartphone,
one location, if the phone gets compromised, everything goes with it!
