They could be waiting for a review from evolution on your gameplay to make sure your games were played fairly. I believe I remember these kinds of reviews could take up to 90 days. I might be wrong on the timeline. Are you sure they aren't requesting KYC? What message is support giving exactly? Seems odd they would be so vague and keep you waiting.

Probably, It’s due to the game provider flagging your betting history since Duelbits normally process withdrawal quickly if you win without any flag from the game provider.

I never encountered delays on this casino but my balance significantly lower to what you are trying to withdraw here especially the profit percentage on your initial bankroll.

My question might seem silly, but since some people I know have fallen for it, and since you're new to the forum, have you played on the official website or a scam copy of duelbits?
Consider that there are several replicas of all the most famous casinos, I assume you are aware of this and I hope it is not this formal error.
Instead, if it doesn't go against what I just told you, it could be a simple check, given the amount you paid and what you managed to win, it's legitimate for them to do the checks (it's still a lot of money).

There was some accident with duelbits before and they got back up and today again these issues will be created by them. There is no need to pressure for now because they have given 3 days time if there are some bugs in their casino then it can actually make that much time. If they have stopped withdrawing anyway then what can we think about it if they now stop people for more days then we should doubt it. We believe that duelbits is a successful and impressive casino but this does not prove that it will not cheat people when the funds increase then greed increases. The current situation will keep people away from it for some time because they will decide only after 3 days of rest whether they give them their money or not.

Definitely a legitimate site since I’ve withdrawn from them in the past. It used to always be good, but for some reason delayed this time round.

I’ll keep everyone updated over the next few days to see how it goes, and will attach chat logs and deposit/withdrawal screens if it’s still pending in the future.

I’ve wagered more than $1m on this account, and only focusing on Originals and EvoGaming. From my experience, EvoGaming is usually pretty quick with everything.

If you just post it on scam accusation section, maybe there's someone from their team would try to cooperate in your case. Then maybe you will get more chance to solve that issue.

Duelbits of all online casinos? Hell no, they are trusty 101%, the delays I have this week is from Binance incident and I find out that some online crypto related platforms also have money on Binance.

If your claim is true and evidence hasn't been manipulated then I don't think they’ll end up stiffing you on money. Because Duelbits has market reputation in here.
Even after such massive hack they did not let any user suffer any harm. They have taken full responsibility for loss and reassured their customers.

But yeah, this three to four day delay is completely pointless and irritating. If things are like this, I will never play at casino like that. I don't know how your luck will turn out, but I don't think they’ll let it go easily unless you apply a bit more pressure. I am suspecting too many factors which could be a situation of reviewing your Duelbit account, maybe because of suspicious of your transactions.
If you have been making such huge amount of withdrawal request, it could amount to the necessity of reviewing your account activities.

On the process, the security agencies might request the casino to provide your KYC. You can be logged out of withdrawal on the process. Then if clean your pending transaction can be released and processed but else, you lost it.

We get used on help desk responding immediately, so we often feel like other teams should respond fast as well. But teams working on these can be so much smaller, not to mention it's so much more work then responding to user with a checklist.

Duelbits has good reputation, so you are safe. If you don't live in restricted region that is.
