What are you talking about? In 1979 Iran
took 50 American hostages.
Like I have already told you, I'm not going to come here and start talking about history with you, but what you did here is exactly how propaganda and narratives are formed. See how you talked about Iran holding 50 Americans hostage, without talking about what led them to take the American embassy hostage. You also skipped the part where the US-led coup installed a different government in Iran. The reason I don't want to go the history route is that none of that was what caused this war. Trump and his cronies caused this war all on their own.
Since, they have repeatedly targeted Americans in terrorist attacks, and have directly attacked Americans via their military. They also fund various proxies that target Americans via proxies. One of Iran's proxies is Hamas, which is a terrorist organization that hides behind civilians.
I'm not even saying these are not proxies of Iran. What I'm saying is these are not the reasons they gave for the war. if these were the reasons, then why not say so and then go after them directly? This is a good enough reason to attack, is it not? Why go under the pretext of nuclear weapons? The same nuclear weapons you claim to have obliterated two months ago. There is a reason people blame Israel for this. Because Israel benefits most from the US attacking Iran. A war that they didn't think through properly and was not backed by Congress.
Ensuring that Iran doesn't have nuclear weapons helps keep America and the rest of the world safe. Allowing them to try to build a nuke makes about as much sense as giving Abduel access to classified information (both will use it against us)
You people just have a problem with everything. You have allowed a person used division to win you over. Benedict Arnold, John Walker Lindh, John Walker Jr., Martin James Monti, were Americans in the military with sensitive information I have read of that turned against the US and fought for the enemy. Look at their names, none of them had a muslim name, and they were all white. Don't let people use the differences between people to determine how you view the world. It's easy to hate on differences. You don't even know Abdul Ey-Sayed, but simply because he's Muslim, brown and has immigrant parents from Egypt, you assume he works for the enemy.
Names like David Storobin and Sergei Gorokhovsky don't scare you even though they are Russian names, even though they were US politicians, because they are not brown. And to me, Russia is a bigger threat to the US than Iran. It's a shame to see people easily manipulated like this. People told you to hate a certain people and see how quickly you do it.
How politicians have double standards. Democrat Abdul El-Sayed campaigned against Barack Obama in the past. The same Barack Obama is now the reason why he became the first Muslim Senate representative.
He did not campaign against Obama. He questioned some of Obama's policies when he was president, like drone strikes and deportations. It is normal for anybody to criticise the actions of their president. You don't have to agree with everything they say like a puppet.
