Yeah I understand your point now, it seems OP just create confusion here. Then show that Gold is under performing, maybe on other asset he list. But not totally on overall performance.
I didn't say you mentioned about gold is not a good investment, all investors knows that Gold is one reliable investment option to choose.

I'll take out the crypto word, since I don't want Bitcoin to be associated with several scams. But Bitcoin indeed can possible build wealth cycle, that's why its one of the best preferable coin to hold. Because many people knows or understand its potential.
Well, actually, the X link from the OP is right for over a decade. We see how gold performs, but it's just a graph that looks very bullish, but if you see from the start, he bought $100 in gold at the price of $1k+, that is why it only increased more than 3x because the price only pumped x4 or x5 from when he bought the price.
Unlike crypto like Bitcoin and Ethereum, it's more than 5 to 10 times and sometimes 18x, like what I saw around 2016 to 2017. If I remember correctly, when the price of BTC was around hundreds, then the price hit at least $18k it was more than 20x if you bought it between March 2016, I guess.
So compared to gold, we just see a huge pump, but in reality, if you measure the pump, it's not that high, similar to Bitcoin.
