The poor need to get their priorities right, in my opinion. They should invest in their education, livelihood an skills to be able to generate income more than gamble. Once they are upgraded in class, they can try the luxuries in life.
If we are realistic, the average poor person does not have any knowledge on how investing works, so they simply do not do it and go straight to gambling and betting, because they have seen several people winning money from it, even from advertising by the very own casino.
I have never met someone who is in a very bad economical position and at the same time they decided it was their priority to partake in a race on a casino. It is just stupid, money used to race on casinos are supposed to be money who does not have any problem losing to the edge of the house, that is something the poor cannot afford, obviously.
