its is hard to drink cold water in winters bcoz of cough problem if you do this in winter you will sure catch by fever so you cold water is only for summers !

Yes... tender coconut water is one of my all time favorites. It is rich in essential minerals such as Magnesium, Phosphorous, and Iron, in addition to amino acids such as Tyrosine, Arginine and Phenylalanine.

You would be better with some low alcohol beer. Probably similar effects after drinking a bottle, but beer is a lot healthier to your body. And it is one of better isotonic drinks.
