Finally someone is suing the BFL. They have already conned millions of $$$ from their clients. It is now time to face the music.

I hope the actual lawsuit is written better than this article... perhaps with some proof!

Otherwise, it just sounds like someone who doesn't know how to ask for a refund... or how to mine for bitcoins...

People getting there money or devices should be the priority, lawsuits and bitcoins aren't much of a positive thing but lets see.

This lawsuit was launched because the people were neither getting their devices (mining rigs) nor the money (refunds).

I'm surprised they did file for bankruptcy, maybe this will push them over the edge?

BFL declared bankruptcy? No way. Do you have any proof for this?

I think he meant to type "surprised they didn't file for bankruptcy"

Wasn't there an article about how BFL are accidentally hundreds of millionaires because they didn't actually cash out their bitcoins?  I thought I read that last Aprilish when bitcoins were $100 each.

Not sure if they are accidental billionaires yet, but I doubt they need to file for bankruptcy, unless their CFO is a dumb ass and decided to day trade all their revenues/profits away.

You can make a TON more money selling mining devices. You sell a mining device for about 3 months worth of mining. Suppose you sell one each day. (BFL sells TONS more than that.)
If so, why would you mine? What's the point? Why waste the electricity?

BFL has been hanging by a thread for a while now... they need to either put up or shut up and gtfo if they aren't gonna deliver their "products" on time. It's ridiculous  Cool
