I get a can't run because libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing. Found the DLL in another wallet file, but the program still won't start. It looks like it's a windows installer program. How about just the QT?

When you compile does it create the DLLs? libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is the one I'm missing. I found one in another wallet, but the program bombs when I run it.
