So what happened to Goat (His Most Eminent Highness Grand Caesar Imperator Goat)? I figure he just pussed out and left, he is being chased by the authorities and wanted to delete any evidence or someone pissed him off so he left. Which is it?

Now it sounds like he's gone 4 ever; He might cool off and come back next year.

He said something like 'the forum has served its purpose'. He should sell his account. Probably could get a nice price for it haha, though it could do more harm than good. I'm sure he'll have alt accounts to use anyway.

He accused someone, and that feedback was from a few months ago I think. I think he might've been removed off the trusted list by someone because of it though.

Sounds like he hasn't really said why. I know he's had a few head butting sessions with mods and Theymos. I remember some substantial arguments where Matt and others accused him of the child porn thing. That was after Goat hired Matt to work on a website for him. I know there was a payment issue and then the porn claim started floating around. I figured Matt started that story because he was pissed. Goat made lots of money here. I just can't believe he'd delete everything and walk away.

Wasn't it the other way around? He even went as far as to offer a bounty to anyone who could prove the other guy was involved in CP. And maybe him making a lot of money from this forum is now why it's 'served it's purpose' and he no longer needs it anymore.
