Need some help here, I know rgbkey has his own site where you can verify rolls but no primedice there, why?

I'm not saying site is rigged or anything like this, all I know I lost 3.5BTC in some weird hard to happen case and I want to verify my bets and don't know how to do this.

I have saved bet IDs because that silly 24h wait for secret, if you don't save and play more all is gone.

Reason for my concern is that when I entered bet ID today into PD modal to get bet info bet amounts were all 0

All I want to know is what's going on? What's the point of checking bet info afterwards if it doesn't show correct info and hard to verify it

Just don't start with replies about me crying for loosing, it's not about this, have gambled a lot on JD and all I want is to verify my bets.

The roll from the provided hashes is 91.29.
I used this tool to verify PD bets http://www.bitcoincasinopro.com/provably-fair-verification/

I do get those very often, ones that don't appear and no record that they did happen at all

this time this was not the case, they are there just showing I have bet 0

Hi,

Our verification system is completely up to date and you shouldn't be having any issues when properly understood.

What bet ID's are you referring to?

If you wish for faster replies simply email support@primedice.com, otherwise I'll happily keep replying on this thread publicly, as I'm certain all rolls will match up and come out verified both on your end and ours.

Fastest replies are not through your support this is known fact, here on forum people help each other instantly. I did contact support in the past regarding withdrawals and never got answer fast, time zones are different I guess.

I did not have any issues with your site, all I wanted to know if where I can verify my bets when I loose money, that's all.

I have figured all out and bets do match, there were some mistakes in copy/paste so all good

as discussed with a casino I recently reviewed, its in a casino operators best interest to provide an offline verifier.

*tinfoil hat time* were I operating a casino and knew I had the only working implementation of my PRNG due to use of some clever tricks (ie mersene twister with diff primes and some binary shifts) I might try and take advantage of the occasional mark by forcing a loss and telling my verifier to report the numbers I choose for the player.

No obviously most sites have a verifier in javascript or they provide a script you can download to do the verification and players can do it themselves with ease.
Even better if its written in a popular scripting language and well documented (props to bitzino here).
But if you want to give players that warm fuzzy feeling you need to go above and beyond to reassure them, after all their confidence in your casino boosts your profits.

mem, good idea about casino operators giving offline verifier, this should be common practice as well that they should offer you to download all your bets in some file, they keep it all in their database, I don't get it why all of them give you access to just 50 lat bets, to me this looks like they are hiding something, all should be more transparent
