Could this be like a scam inception.... where the scammer dev is getting scammed by a bigger scammer. I really doubt the dev is lingering around to give out info about ACV2. This doesnt look like a simple dev trying to sell his coins. I can't prove it, but I think the 3 / 60 billion is not in the hands of the dev. Any constructive thought anyone?

With 3.3 billion coins the price should be no more than 50 satoshi. In consideration of the scam this coin should be immediately removed from all exchanges. Or someone with huge losses could take Cryptsy to court as they are still promoting AC with max 360 million coins.
