What software did you use to do it?

I just made layout in Inkscape. Then export about 11 pictures (frames) by hiding, showing layers (to keep items in proper position).
And finally put them into "slideshow" using GIMP.
 
But it's totally ammaterish work, and banner file is too big. I'm pretty sure there is a better way
