DGW kicked in at block 30 and you got 14 of those blocks. Exactly the reason why we chose to have DGW kick in so early, once someone starts finding blocks it's very hard for anyone else to solve any. Pool's got up and running early (thanks to the pool owner's) and we believe that's the fairest way to distribute coins during a launch.

That's not my experience, I have found that low diff at launch causes blocks to be solved so fast that acceptance depends wholly on ping which is all over the place at launch, I find that I will get a number of blocks in a row then nothing for a while as my ping decays. The reason I got 14 of those blocks is because I was solo'ing very, very quickly, that would change as others got up and running.

There's always going to be those that miss out (I actually didn't get a single coin solo either) so I know exactly how it feels, we just thought that DGW kicking in early was best way to go about the launch. Like you said difference of opinion.
