Going to look at getting a node up for the Australian miners tonight.

How many people are interested in seeing semi-variable block rewards?
Difficulty under 20 = double block rewards
between 20 - 80 = + 50% block rewards
above 80 = standard rewards.

At this point it looks like we may lock block reward at 1.5625 (another 3 reward halvings before that) but if anyone has a good idea we would love to hear it. Hoping to reward the miners that stay loyal and continue mining.

Trademybit has removed logicoin from the multi-port, we don't intend on breaking coins at all -- definitely not my intention.

I am going to call you out right here merc82. this is bullshit
you know quite well how crypto's and 51% attacks work, you attack logicoin with 19.5X the network hashrate daily
Any attack at that size is 100% malicious

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and as such, I respect yours.

However, I don't have a malicious bone in my body. TMB mines coins when they are profitable.. that's it. Point blank.
I have absolutely no intention of ever hurting a coin. It appears we did hurt LGC, and as soon as I saw that, I removed it. I sincerely apologize for the actions my port is responsible for that caused the coin issues :/

What do you guys think about changing the ticker from LGC to LOGIC.
I think branding wise it will grab more attention.

"LOGIC" for ticker symbol makes it clear. LGC hasn't had much success and people question it.

Your thoughts?

Going with a 5 characters is hugely innovative. LGC will become the second coin to do so.. lol

So how are you liking the new "we wanna know what you're holding" wallet treating you ?

Hippie Tech - I don't know your reasoning... but you do bring up a valid point. I do agree that if there are vulnerabilities in the multi wallet, the users should be made aware of them; use at your own risk.

I use -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8193 as well and it gets me great results on 270 and 280Xs.

Please support the LGC team by mining at http://lgc.x11pools.com:8652/ 100% of the fee goes to the LGC development team!

guys, this is just more java fud!!!

the vulnerabilities that exist are only a risk when running java applets in your web browser.

java apps running on servers, desktops and embedded devices are not effected by this.

so don't run java in your web browser.

problem solved.

Indeed! Smiley And thanks for the explanation!
