Might be relevant, Might not.

This coin is not on bitcointalk.org but the addnode is the same as this coin.

As said on the first line, Might be relevant, Might not.

I have no idea, Not mining.

This coin is great in so many ways (it works without the dev for so long Smiley ) And it still works fine, so how about we all think of a number in % that we would be willing to give up to the NEW DEV from our LGC so that he got a capital of LGC and by doing so he will be given motivation to for work - if coin will be listed again on the exchanges and its worth would grow he would become a rich man. So 10% of all coins minded to the new dev ? Anyone would take the job ?;]

I'll go 20k LOGIC (20% of 100k), it certainly isn't doing me any good collecting dust in an archived wallet.

It would have to go into some type of transparent escrow fund.

Although, the big boy(s) need to step up with some serious coin to make this work...

Until the big holder (over 2 million coins) steps forward and devotes a very large portion of their holdings to further development, this coin can go no where.

If this coin were starting from scratch, this would be like a 60% pre-mine.  No one, and I mean NO ONE, will ever invest in a coin where one holder is in control of more than half of the coins.  Until that fact changes, this coin is a waste of time and resources.

The hash rate is too low to support the network if we keep the current reward. We can increase reward to 10-50 and give 5-10% to dev, then the mining is sustainable.

Where can you see the 60% one owner thing?

The owner moved the coins from one wallet with over 2 million coins to several wallets of 300k and 200k.  You can check the transactions if you are so inclined.  They bought most of them in one day on Polo for .00000009 to .00000015 each.  They broke the balance down to smaller wallets within 24-48 hours.  Now, a single person owns 2.6+ million LOGIC.

Many coins had no more than 3% premine and are frowned upon because one holder can tank the coin at the drop of a hat.  No one knows the intentions of this holder, even if they did come forward and pledge their support.  In the end, if the coin ever fought it's way back to 1000 or 2000 satoshi, the law of gravity, err, I mean greed, would compel them to dump the coin.  No one is here for charitable purposes.  If a new dev is secured, the best that could be done, would be to re-launch the coin from scratch with all the same specs.

Many people were burned by this dev, but the one single person who got burned the most was godwits, who mined LOGIC for months with a 50 to 150 mhs farm.  What did he get in return for his massive electric bill?  If I recall, it was ~240k, he might be the 260K wallet on cryptoid to this day, but who knows.  I'm not begrudging the person who obtained almost 2.5 million LOGIC during a panic on Polo, I'm only pointing out the unfortunate ramifications of the circumstances.  No one will ever invest time, money, or hash knowing such a large bag holder is out there.  If they would, then they have a ticket to the crazy train waiting for them at the station.

The question is if new LGC dev can build some thing different from existing coins, not just a clone. It is more difficult.

what is the problem with the coin ?
why do you need a 'dev' ?
besides no exchange

not hashing, folding and curing (check FLDC merged-folding! reuse good GPUs)

LGC is just an X11 clone without unique functions. No wonder it has no exchanges.

CRYPTOID.INFO LGC wallet needs to be restarted.  Blockchain continues but is not updated...

Restarted, but the blockchain appears to get stuck regularly (no blocks in the last 9 hours f.i.) through lack of miners.
