You just need to save your password real good. It is a brainwallet, there is no wallet.dat. With this password you can login to your wallet from everywhere in the world!

Just make a new account with a different passphrase and send your funds there.

You can run for example offspring and the NAS NRS. To run NXT NRS + NAS NRS you need to change some ports.

NAS_coin said, that in the next release the ports for NAS NRS will be changed to a port that won't interfere!
