BTC China Adding a "NEW" product this Tuesday. What will it be?

BTCChina has announced that it will be adding a new product on Tuesday.  Speculation is that it might be some sort of Bitcoin ATM.

I'm wondering if this Bitcoin ATM will work to mitigate the whole PBOC issue.

Also the initial purchase creates a "bullish" trade on their exchange.

That's what I was thinking. This is an effort (me thinks) to deal with the PBOC concerns.
