Good choice, but I think 1000 users with more than 100 posts are still very hard to achieve, especially for a new unknown coin. Just look at CommunityCoin, a huge community with a lot of attention and they have problems to reach 500 users, who meet the requirements (e.g. more than 50 posts).

You should decrease it to at least 500.
