Showing as sent but zero confirms in my wallet and doesn't appear on the blockchain - what's happening? Been like this for over ten hours.

Don't worry, should be fine. If you have a backup of your wallet already, just delete everything in the appdata folder and restart the wallet and it will redownload the whole blockchain.
That should clear everything up. I had a similar problem with another coin like a week back and that solved it  

EDIT - Of course don't forget to paste back your wallet.dat file.
